Because it's a Panthers thread and he's one of our riders and we care about him is it that hard to understand for you and regardless what you think about him there's no need to start criticising him for getting injured or moaning about his riding style, he puts his life on the line to entertain us and we appreciate it. You and the Scotsman should get a room you are well suited to each other. -

At the showground Simon is more like our 3rd heat leader than a number 5 and he certainly will be missed. I'd like to wish him a speedy recovery . One thing you can be sure of with Simon is his 100% effort . -

Get Adam Ellis in as a 28 day replacement could be a possibility. -
The 1st time a star appeared from the east was over 2000 years ago and look at all the bloody trouble it's caused since.
-
They are but unfortunately at the moment they don't seem to have much sting , Perry looks a shadow of the rider he was before his injury and as for Grondal and Holub you just don't know what to expect as there so inconsistent but will give them the benefit of the doubt on improving . Just came out of a very tough meeting with the almost certain premier league champions and there confidence needs building back up and the best way is not to put extra pressure on them covering r/r. I understand Simon is going to be out for up to 8 weeks which would give him a come back date in September , so Panthers maybe looking for more than just a temp cover
-
If Simon is going to be out for a month or so would it be possible to bring in a temp replacement say for 28 days rather than having to use r/r . I'm not a great fan of r/r at the best of times and it would not be anything like useful with Tom Perry and the 2 reserves covering . Maybe bringing in someone like Adam Ellis as a temp wouldn't be a bad shout.

If Gary May was thinking about Conner Mountain for next season one would have thought he would have let him have his 4 programmed rides instead of replacing him in 1 ride , with nothing at stake the meeting well sealed and although he only scored 1+1 from 3 rides he was on the pace and looked impressive if I was that lad i'd have been very disappointed and maybe it will be in his mind should Somerset come knocking for next season , that's if they get a look in , I can see him being snapped up before this season ends

Got your message but I am not flying Panther, it happens he's just come back from a 2 month lay off so maybe he's not fully fit as yet.HE hasn't achieved his 5.58 average by just beating fellow reserves and he's been doing it home and away and looked very impressive, but by all accounts he was not alone in having a bad night . Seems as if the whole Panthers team put up a lack lustre show with very little resistance or were they just overwhelmed by very good opposition ? -
Your having a laugh mate your lot have not let up since the result of Brexit on Friday morning.,

You'll be able to judge for yourself tonight, i'm you will see how much he has progressed this season, not sure what to expect from him points wise tonight as Somerset have a very strong team but would expect him to contribute and be competitive. -

His average is proof of his improvement , not just his gating. -

That should be ok then as Tom is a sharp gater -
I honestly don't know what you expect for an answer Panthers havn't done anything wrong or bent or broke any rules and all approved by the B.S.P.A. I can't see any problems with what changes Panthers have made. I also would like to point out that it is not me who is deluded by this. I havn't a problem with it at all and don't understand why you have one with it.
-
OK so you fail to understand my previous comment which stated that Tom Stokes was brought in as a temporary replacement for a 4 meetings deal which was publicly stated he never was a permanent replacement and he was aware of this much the same as Henning Bager at Berwick , maybe to you the silence is deafening as you obviously did not fully comprehend my previous post . I hope this clears it up for you . In short Cook & Holub replaced Palm-Toft &Porsing.
-
Funny I didn't see any comments about Tom Perry being to good to be a NO.7 before the season started , it seems like because the lad has been more successful than anybody credited him for he's getting slated for it by jealous opposition fans. As for Tom Stokes he's our NO.8 was on a 4 match deal never promised the NO.7 position on a permanent basis , so your facts are wrong Holub has not replaced Stokes and he knew he was on a short term deal.
-
Yes would be good for Karger if allowed
-
That's rich coming from an Ipswich fan who's team are struggling to produce a decent NO7 . Nobody bent any rules , would you care to tell just what rule has been bent, and to suggest we have signed a rubbish Czech rider at reserve , well that's your opinion time will tell As for everybody expected Tom Perry to get anywhere near his 5.58 average you are living in cloud cuckoo land and the B.S.P.A certainly didn't expect it did they. This sounds very much like sour grapes to me , it would have been much nicer if you could have give the lad a bit of credit rather than your told you so approach.
