  1. Craig Cook is like a photograph that keeps falling out of it's frame because it has very flimsy backing to hold onto it .
  2. Good luck on that one then £17 entrance fee £2.80 programme £2.00 parking and viewing is very restricted , enjoy your meeting.
  3. Yes Jenga that just about sums it up Panthers in tatters slim chance o reaching the playoffs just like your lot Panthers struggle to win at home and Comets can't win away , the season has hit a brick wall but like your lot there's always next season .
  4. Brady Kurtz relinquished his position with Plymouth as I believe he hasn't got the time for Premier league , so can't see him wanting to ride for Panthers or any other PL team.
  5. Might be worth an enquiry as would Mads Korneliusson
  6. Pure fantasy not a hope in hell of tracking that 1 to 7 . Blackbird just in case you didn't know has been retired for the last 12 months, Holub don't make me laugh he'd struggle in the National league , would love to see Thomsen back but I doubt it will happen.
  7. I couldn't agree with you more, certain riders need to take a look at themselves , it's no good just turning up with a bike although that's what it looks like some of them are doing. Not being able to find the right set up or the track was not to there liking is no excuse either.
  8. Then perhaps you may know someone better as he's all we've got .
  9. So what's your point , is it you are blaming him or are you sitting on the fence.
  10. planet Janet springs to mind, Holub is a poor 3point rider and I have my doubts he will ever improve .although he doesn't cross the white line he should be done for kerb crawling , it didn't take Dan Bewley long to get the right set up did it . So don't make excuses for him getting the right setup , he just doesn't cut the mustard
  11. The showground is one of the larger tracks in British speedway , it has wide sweeping bends and Holub tries to ride the white line, that tells you how useless he is . I would much rather see an enthusiastic 3 pointer from the National league be given a chance. It's a no brainer really .
  12. The writing has been on the cards for weeks , I can't remember when I last saw so many gutless riders riding for Panthers , do they honestly expect fans to turn up when they show a total lack of professionalism , Jakobsen , Grondal, Perry, and Holub all need replacing .Fans are just fed up with the lack of effort they are putting in . Cookie was a lone star for much of the meeting and finished up being awarded rider of the night it should have been retitled rider of the nightmare it was that bad . I take nothing away from Edinburgh they were worthy winners with a star in the making in young Dan Bewley but Edinburgh's win was more down to a dreadful performance from Panthers rather than a masterful performance by the Monarch's
  13. Just be careful you don't fall off your tractor then. wink
  14. therein lies the problem, we do trust in Ged but where is he going to find these riders, Holub is easy to replace but with so many not pulling there wait and confidence on a low ebb, it's difficult to see where other improvements can be made. How fortunes change we are now on a low ebb and Witches looked to have turned a corner with there recent upward trend in results.
  15. Good job you didn't try the local chippie , they have the audacity to charge 4p for a cheap and nasty plastic fork.
  16. They should just about get in the playoffs but I can't honestly see them doing anything when they get there. achievement wise we have taken a backward step from the previous season,i would have expected N.B.J. to have been kicking on to 8+ average and for me he's been a big dissapointment
  17. Konopka was not the most gifted rider but he did manage to win the odd race or two can you honestly see Holub doing that.
  18. No surprise about the last bit of your statement Holub is stopping a chance for a National league 3 pointer being given opportunities . I wouldn't mind if he was showing signs of improvement , but he's not . Definitely a gamble that's back fired
  19. True he' s a victim of his own success, which hasn't done him any favours for the remainder of this season and wont be favourable to him next season , when clubs are putting there teams together will be thought of as too much of a gamble.
  20. If Perry has to go so does Holub as we will need to replace our 3 pointer also Holub is crap anyway and would hardly be missed ,might as well get a national league 3pointer in.
