But it has been discussed in various Polish articles over the winter that Emil, Artem and Kudriaszow (unfortunately now retired) would only be granted permission to race in Poland due to having citizenship there as Poles. For the FIM to backtrack on their previous stance re the banning of Russians would be surprising to say the least. Are you saying something has changed?

You didn't reply as to what "global citizenship" is, if it is indeed anything! And if it would take 6 months, then as I said, Emil will only be riding in Poland this year. It has already been stated multiple times in the Polish media that he will only be allowed to race in Poland in 2023.
