konopka had a season and a half as a bear and pulled out 1/2 decent meetings, he'd turn up late to some away meetings and turn up without a mechanic most times so he was struggling himself which led to him being dropped, Ben was a consistent scorer, and was new to premier league at the time so we kept him instead to give him some experience
