Feel we could be going into next season with our weakest team on paper for years. 3 spaces to fill when most teams have already declared their 7 riders. Will miss Joshie for pure entertainment which has papered over the cracks the last 2 years. Alex always says they build a team to make the play offs. Can't see that next season. Hope they prove me wrong.

Can we take the Barker / Morris / Ward thing to another thread now?

Berwick ‘buy a brick’ Bandits 2025
Endeavour replied to emilali's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
It is frustrating for clubs who stick by a rider. They will walk if Glasgow and perhaps Poole come calling. It's a career for riders and they will go where the best offer is. Hard one to take for a good club like the Bandits. -
Hopefully some decent signings. All a bit underwhelming so far.

The old wooden fence days. I was in cow shed and Joe halved a panel. His wheel caught the white hare ring for the greyhounds and he catapulted off his bike onto the grass. horrific crash.

Good rider but would come with a lot of baggage. From memory think he scored a maximum at Armadale guesting for Monarchs.

If all the riders can get dialed in at Berwick, could be a cracking season for the Bandits with riders who can perform well away from home too. would love to see them make the play offs. -
Uninspiring.

Agree.

Riss confirmed at Redcar. Not many decent riders left for Monarchs to sign.
-
Well done on team building Redcar. Would have loved to see Riss back at Armadale.
-
Hope not.

Any names in the frame?

Can't see any other team getting near that side.

Lasse, a great guy. Sorry didn't work out for him at Edinburgh. Wish him well.

Justin not in same class as Cookie and Masters. -
Think fans of all championship clubs would agree.

Too many tracks on a Friday night. Riders will choose a track either closer to home or as it is their living one that offers a better monetary package.
-
Others teams can put together a solid looking seven.

Here goes ....... I agree with everything in this post Gary. All a bit underwhelming.

At Edinburgh.

A wee bit ?

Can't see any of our riders scoring double figures away from home.
-
Disappointed no out and out number one.
