I'm sure the powers that be don't want to loose another club, so hopefully what ever it is it won't hurt us to much in the pocket. -

No surprise reading this. No one suitable available.. You either get moaned at for postponing it, or people want the club fined for fielding an under strength team.. POSTPONED: STARS v IPSWICH - King's Lynn Speedway - The Home of the Stars (kingslynn-speedway.com) -

Money will be a big issue next season, unless whoever our new promoter is has deep pockets and/or can bring in a good sponsor. -

No flak from me. Not forgetting Busters new boy Paddy Wojdylo -
Nothing on the website as yet.. Is MPT back ?, as he rode for Scunny on Friday. We need him. With 6 teams racing on Thursday, guests might be hard to come by for Nicolai, with only Wright, Brennan and Blodorn eligible, and that's if they want/can do it. Those from the Foxhole must be rubbing their hands together..
-
Looks like one out, one in. I see Tofty rode on the 11th. I don't know if he had any reaction though.
-
Haven’t watched it, but best wishes to Nicolai for a speedy recovery. It appears the other 2 rides might of escaped with heavy bruising, according to Lynn’s website. Thumbs up from the Skipper (no crash vid) Horror crash for former Workington Comet star – cumbriacrack.com

Leicester lions 2023 (PREMIERSHIP)
Bald Bloke replied to PhilTheAce's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I might be in the minority, but I wouldn't complain if there was a swap. Laguta isn't in the Emil/ Doyle mould of rider over here, thats for sure and doesn't seem to bothered at times. Buster likes VFM and imho Laguta ain't giving it. -
"Worrall away, has averaged 6.09 for the Panthers, and Bomber 5.83 for the Lions". It doesn't really matter. I was just pointing out that it don't seem the case that Bomber is better away.

I get what you are saying, but he had a chance of winning something, to no chance.

He is trying to honour Artem's deal the best he can imo, while at the same time trying to please the fans the best he can. The money isn't there to pay Laguta for every home and away meeting, and home meetings do bring in some money. Not enough to pay for both home and away. As for anything in his deal that prevents BC from doing so, i don't know. This is just my view on the situation. -

I think you will find Buster is trying to get to the end of the season without shutting us down. Laguta is to expensive, and was dumped on Buster, as with the others. The money isn't there with the crowds we have. I'm not sticking up for him. But he wasn't hiring the riders or paying them till Alex left. I know the team against Ippo will get stuffed, and it pees me off as much as the next man. I'm just hoping we come to the tapes in 24 in whatever league, with a new promotor. -
Sadly you don't see that enough these days.

Maybe the Panthers sharing any track isn't financially viable, for both the clubs involved unfortunately.
