If we had run 5 meetings and then the 3 Danes went missing for a meeting,it wouldn't of looked so bad i guess ? I know it's not ideal, but Buster looks to have covered well. Neils and Kasper to miss 1 more meeting and TJ none..I don't think it's the end of the world.

Bit of a turn around in the weather. It was falling down at 2pm.Roads are dry now, but I passed the stadium at 1.30pm and there had clearly been heavy rain for a long period ,looking at the carpark.

7 miles from track. It's still raining steady. I think Buster will be thinking of making a call soon.

Don't get hung up on the Alfie Bowtell race..As I said he is only a tad under his average.Other riders have dropped a lot more.Thats all. If you were a Lynn fan tonight it might be " It's not good enough....Kerr 3 from 4, We need a strong reserve.. MPT only 4 from 4 ,Not a replacement for Rose, JT is poor in the middle order and we have NKI on a 9 and is riding like a novice. We need changes fast"..

Lynn deffo ain't a wooden spoon team after tonight. I admit it thought the gap would be a bit wider. Well done Lambo...I wonder if the training of reaction times have helped him. Hope Lynn keep it up on that front. Ty solid again. Once NKI gets going, we should be ok. Hard track to go to and get heat wins. Have to mention Rory, he's on fire. Not sure about if the average thing is to do with my post earlier.. It was aimed at MFF who likes to wield the axe once a week I cant remember any other Poole fan calling for Spanner and Shanes to get the chop. Just pointing out there are several Poole riders dropping a lot more off of their ave at this early stage.

Don't worry about Rybnik. Spanner started on a 4.54 and sits on 4.24 after 4 meetings, and almost 4 years since he has graced these shores. Shanes starting ave was 2.88. Again after 4 meetings, he sits on a 2.48.. I'm not saying you should sack anyone, but you have Josh starting on 7.20 and sits on a 5.88....Linus stated on 7.22 and is on 5.75.....Even Brady has dropped the same as your 2 reserves put together on his own .It seems like your reserves are doing a job, and should improve with meetings. Before you say Josh and Brady will come good, so could your reserves. It's very early yet.

The problem is the bikes. They produce the power so high up the rev range, as riders want speed over usability.. . Todays bikes are way faster ,but once they hit a bit of grip, the revs drop, the rear grips and they take off. Back in the 80's when i was a teenager, me and my mate used to reverse the car up to the outer fence at Lynn, open the boot and stand and have a look at the track on a wet day . We could only see the 3rd and 4th turn, but sometimes some of it was under water at 2pm. Come 7.30 they had pumped the water off and the meeting was on .How times change.

Is Wisbech about 14 miles from the stadium? Grass soaks up rain a lot better than a hard speedway track. Star Lady lives close to the stadium.Probably the best to comment on the weather over the last 2 days..

Wouldn't surprise me if Poole have a plan and have been dropping averages after their first couple of meetings, and stalling on Holder.. Nothing is won in April as they say..
