  1. What about the rest of the post you missed out. Do you know if the 5% rule was for 1 meeting only?
  2. So Lynn can use R. Worrall at Somerset.. ??? Toft 5.65..... Worrall 5.81 .. fits with the 5%.. Or was the 5% away rule for 1 meeting only?
  3. Not for me, at this stage. Holder all the way.
  4. Question for you on the King's Lynn 2018 thread. And no Poole swerve. Your so busy, you will probably miss it
  5. SS. You have made no comment.. Thought this was just up your street. Your thoughts on underlined would be great.
  6. The luck was deffo in Poole's favour. Lynn had NKI injured Sunday and MPT on the Monday. That's speedway I guess. Toffy gets brought down and he gets excluded, that's speedway as well I guess. The bit that I don't like is Poole's use of Morris at Lynn. I Don't blame Poole. We all know they will try and get advantage where they can. Lynn was going to use Ellis and Morris when they was free. Not ideal, but legal. So the rule was changed for the final..I suppose that's fair enough. The bit that boils my piddle is the bit where they wavered the average rule for Poole...….Not changed it for everyone !! Just a 1 time special. Don't matter who agreed to what rider rides where, it should not of been allowed.. Ellis for Poole x 2, and Morris for Lynn x 2...….. Fits without changing the average rule for 1 team and changing it back after the final I can't remember it ever happening, and I doubt it will again !! Before the Poole tints start, I said this before the final.. Thinking about it, didn't Morris outscore Eliis by 4 at Lynn? I wonder if the rule will be wavered for the cup final.... and re instated after it.... I doubt it .. Makes the sport look silly...again. Yes Poole won the league.. Lynn was the best team over the season, who also was bottom, had the best away record to boot, just unlucky and wronged in the final.
  7. Yeah, the settlement thing did come to mind Skidder. I just thought i'd put it out there . On the other hand, Ford could have over priced the club expecting it not to sell and later on use the quitting thing to try in a bid to try and keep the Prem for 2019 … Ford has done a top job for himself and Poole over the years, probably in that order. Maybe this season he saw what happens to the crowd, and speedway in general when your not winning, who knows... The mind boggles
  8. Being as Darcy loves Poole, and Holders house is up for £1.3m, could we see the return of the turbo twins running the club.
  9. I couldn't see the tyre for chalk dust, on the TV. I couldn't say if the tyre was on, which is legal or over the line tbh, and it's not because it was a Lynn rider.
  10. And what are they ? No real reason. Just curious.
  11. On paper, yes... MPT would of scored 6 -7 from 4 and NKI would of scored a lot more than 3. Morris scored 7. Like for like.
  12. Morris scored 7 and shouldn't of been there, and yes I did say it before a wheel was turned. However he scored 7 for Kurtz. Lynn scored 6 points for NKI and MPT.. Well done Poole
  13. All Poole need to do is to try and avoid last places. Don't come off trying to hard, nice and steady will win them the title tonight.
  14. Going in afterwards . There are rumours that Buster is running an oversize engine in his tractor for tonight as well On a serious note, you know what your gonna get tonight, a fast, grippy track.
  15. Don't know about bricks, but i was at the stadium this morning and thought i saw a box of these
  16. NKI don't like super grippy, might be his shoulder, I dunno. I'd of expected to chip in with 9 from 5 rides, coming good when the track slickens off, in time for heats 13 and 15 . I'm hoping Adam can bag 7-8. Although people, (mostly Poole) fans were getting exited about MPT's BV score, I would expected him to have 1 of Simons rides and maybe 1 more along the way, scoring around 9-10 from 6 rides. I see Howarth struggling, around 4 points tonight (and his best mate is a Poole rider so I've read ) I'm sure he will try his best. Lynn's engine room should score heavier tonight, and they need a big one. Anything can happen.. I'll go 50-40.
  17. Poole are the only ones to have gained.... Got a riders average wavered for 1 meeting
  18. Hence I said not than he can ride. But is harsh that one rule was scrapped for 1 meeting, but a similar one can't
  19. MPT plus 5% at home so 5.65, you are allowed 5.93 … Bellego is 6.07 = 0.14 Kurtz 6.75, no %5 as its an away meeting !.. So 0.16 Not that he can/ will ride. Just giving an example
