  1. I think is about the only time I would agree with Batch being a good guest.. He's not a Lynn fan and I don't think guest rides count in the averages.
  2. Probably because they have one very big foot in the final. Can they cope, I bloody hope so, but who knows. I wouldn't put my money on them at those odds.... I see Poole getting past the Rebels in the 2nd leg and it will be a Lynn v Poole final. I'm not bigging Poole up for a reaction either, remember I was offering a £100 bet on Poole making the play offs when they were bottom As much as I hate to say it, Over 2 legs I would make Poole favourites. I think you would if you were honest. I will be happy to take all the flack I might get if i'm wrong
  3. I think he means how many times has a chairman's team won the Prem/top league..If it's odds Lynn, Poole, Somerset, BV in that order at the bookies.
  4. Looks like that would ride almost like a circle. Not a bad thing. Better than a small track with long straights and tight bends any day.
  5. I expect it to be closer Webby. The Aces will be on it and if Lynn are comfortable I think they will be more focused on keeping safe and injury free. Lynn by 8-10 for me
  6. I think RR is about the same as having BWD. The Rebels have visited Poole 3 times this season as you know. Where BWB has rode in 2 scoring 5 and 5, both from 5 rides as you say, although he fell in 1. Lawson takes a ride...2 meetings this year scoring 7 from 6 rides and 8 from 4. Summers has rode twice, scoring 2 points both times. Covatti scored 5 and 6 from 5. Allen has scored 6 and 2. I would expect 5 points from his replacements. Of course anything can happen. You only have to look at MPT's 18, the time before he scored 6 from 5 at BV. They might score 7, they could score 3.
  7. Having metal taken out of his shoulder.Only time he can be fitted in.
  8. Allen, Covatti, summers and Lawson to take his rides when the new aves come out.
  9. In his last 2 meetings at the NSS he has scored 8 and 11 both from 5. I thought he could chip in a few more, maybe 7 points.
  10. I wouldn't say massive. Lynn's top 2 scored 17 between them from 10 rides, and only 2 heat wins... I believe NKI's ave is just higher than Brady's. And if you look at MPT's scores since he dropped down, they ain't been great, deffo wouldn't say a "free scoring reserve" hence why he remains at reserve when the new averages come out. He did have a stonker tonight though.
  11. I know, just tonight they are lacking a bit. Been great this season.
  12. Stars middle order not so good so far though If it wasn't for MPT, Lynn would be in big trouble up to now.
  13. Great to see Dan Bewley, typical speedway rider, wanting to beat his recovery time.
  14. Yep. If Lynn don't win this over the 2 legs, i'll be rooting for BV to win it. But Poole are favourites for me
  15. 43 to make it a formality. Not for me.I would want to win by 8 to say it was a formality.. BV are more than capable of scoring more than 43 at Lynn.. Look at there last visit to Lynn, with a poor reserve and Tungate having what must be his worst night of his season...… Have a look and tell me how Lynn scoring 43 tonight makes the return at Lynn formality ? I think the rods out again Steve Kings Lynn Stars = 491. Robert Lambert - 0, 1', 3, 1', 2' = 7+32. Erik Riss - 2, 2, 3, 1 = 83. Ty Proctor - 3, 0, 2, 2 = 74. Thomas Jorgensen - 2', 2, 1', 3 = 8+25. Niels-Kristian Iversen - 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 = 116. Simon Lambert - 1, 0, 0 = 17. Michael Palm Toft - 3, 1', 1, 1', 1 = 7+2Belle Vue Aces = 411. Craig Cook (W) - 3, 3, 2', 0, 0 = 8+12. Steve Worrall - 1, 1, 0 = 23. Dan Bewley - 1, 2, 2, 3 = 84. Rohan Tungate - R, 1', 0, 0 = 1+15. Max Fricke - 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 1 = 166. Mark Riss - 2, 0, 2, 0, 2 = 67. Damian Drozdz - FX, F, 0 = 0Read more: http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/18141/belle-vue-premiership-08-2018#ixzz5S2iszQ1F
  16. The bookies have BV favourites tonight. How many points do you think Lynn needs tonight to make it a formality Steve?
  17. BV look strong at reserve to me. Will out score Lynn there. I can't see Simon getting much joy tonight. In the 50-40 win over Somerset the guest reserve scored 0.. Jye scored 7 from 3 completed rides last time he was there. I can see BV's reserves netting around 12-13, where Lynn's around 7.(MPT scored 6 from 5 at reserve last time) TJ has been poor at the NSS this year scoring 3, and 1 on his last visit. I expect it t be a good close meeting. Main thing is that everyone stays safe and Cookie is fit for the second leg.
  18. We would all like 2 full teams may the best team win kind of thing. While it is a blow, no doubt about it. I'm not playing down Lynn's chances, or bigging up BV's. Just as I see it....I know you can't replace those 2,. BV will need to be on it, but last time out the Aces beat the Rebels 50-40. In that meeting RR got 8 for Dan and Cookie got 13 from 5....And the quest reserve JBA scored 0.....That's 21 points from those 3. If you take the 50-40 win when.... Craig 13 from 5 (10.5 ave for 4 rides) RR for Dan 8 from 4 JBA at reserve 0 from 3 That's 21 from those 3. If tonight... RR for Cookie 8 from 4..... Bellego 7 from 4..... A point down from what RR got for Bewley.. Bellego's last 2 meetings at BV got 8 and 11 from 5 rides. Jye 7 ( he scored 7 from 3 completed rides in his last meeting at the NSS) JB Andersen scored 0 in the win over the Rebels. That's 22 points for them 3. All is not lost for BV.
