  1. Theres a few on here that seem confident NKI ain't doing the UK, but who knows.. Not long to wait now. Will there be a loan fee
  2. That's the fist time iv'e heard TJ's name in the frame. I know you said "guess" but is it very educated
  3. For me Clive, no back up for Lambert will hit us hard in 13 and 15. I don't think that team would make the play offs if i'm honest. I can't see them getting much away from home, where last season they scored the most points on the road. I see where you are coming from with the team thing though.. After a great last season I would rather a team built to win the league tbh. But that's just me. I would have concerns with Lewis as well. He has had some bad ones and is it one to many ? It's a body and mind thing, and he has a young family. Buster said after last season that he had enjoyed it and wanted to go one better in 2019. But that was before he bought 2 more clubs. Maybe with Buster laying out for another 2 teams, it's hit Lynn a bit in the process. We will see
  4. I would agree with that. Bomber is said to ask for good money, but I can't see him being cheaper than Neils. Maybe there is no NKI this season, and Ippo won't have Tungate. So there is only Bomber left for them ?. Hence the re shuffle. If that is the case, why did Buster not sit down and work all this out before the teams were made public.. If so Tungate to the Panthers maybe and Lynn have no back up for Lambo The mind boggles
  5. I agree, Bomber on his "old" average would be most welcome. In the green sheet averages on 27-9-18, which was the one before the final set was released, he was on 6.68. That jumped up over a point to 7.78 after the Rye results removed I feel with Kasper who averaged 2.55, still on a 4.00, although I expect him to add to last seasons average ,adding Bomber on a 7.78 would be giving away over 2 points. Always like Bomber, he always gives it 100%. Hope he gets sorted, if he already hasn't.
  6. That first line is what I expect to happen. I think it's a stop gap, to bide a bit of time. Although I fear it will only put back the inevitable of 1 league for another season.
  7. It might be Ippo. It's not the riders cost, it's the cost of the team. Hans, Cook, Harris...In one team ?
  8. It is wrong and we don't know who is to blame, but yes the Panthers will be my fav's with Wolves to lift the title.
  9. No. But just think for a minute....Buster has Lynn for 25+ years. He buys Ippo and Boro to keep the Prem going(big money risk). They didn't have to sell to him. It's cost him £££. Cookie is not cheap. Harris is not cheap. Hans can't be cheap.. I don't know what went on, but I find it hard to believe Buster agreed to pay big wages at Boro and less at his beloved Lynn and lesser to Ippo. I may be wrong..Are you right?
  10. The Panthers with Tungate are still a very strong team. Averages don't lie.
  11. The team looked way to expensive from the start. And signed up fast. I don't know what was agreed, but theres no way imho Buster would of agreed to a wage bill like that. I don't know what went on, but if, and it's a very big if Buster had agreed terms with all the riders, then it's a sham. But I can't see him giving the Panthers a much bigger budget than his King's Lynn or Ippo. This must of been thrashed out between Buster, Ippo and Boro before a rider was signed, surely?
  12. Wouldn't it be ££££ cheaper just to pay a high wage bill for a season to get all the riders you want, rather than taking a huge risk buying 2 clubs at great expense to win the League with one of them?
  13. Whats wrong with that Taps.. Ones been there, done it. One is 53 years and still trying I'm not a glory hunter
  14. I think he's lost the plot at the moment.
  15. We may never know.. I think Buster thinks he is doing the best to keep the Prem going. He has laid lots of money on the line (no one else would) when speedway in the UK is on it's @rse. He has taken a big risk. Do people really think he has bought Ippo and Boro to make himself thousands when no one else can..?? We don't know anything about the deals in place or budgets etc, so I think people should cut him a bit of slack for now.
  16. With the speed of todays machines, the bikes rarely go in a straight over the start/finish line. At most tracks the bikes are still slightly sideways and spinning on the home straight. If a spinning and slightly turning bike hits the concrete at 70mph I think disaster would follow.
  17. I hope it's not true as well. When the Panthers team was put together, I thought it was very strong, still do, but also looked very expensive. I couldn't see anyone paying out that sort of money on a team coming up, with speedway they way it is at the moment in the UK. I don't know whats going on, but I does look very unprofessional
  18. That's the way..... We don't know the teams or the facts yet. We might never know all the facts, but surely as a "speedway fan" a King's Lynn one at that, you would be happy if all 3 clubs had good season and attracted enough fans to go again in 2020. As with all the clubs in the UK. " Says something when a Lynn fan would rather see Busters clubs all fail, because you don't like the bloke !! You would rather Ippo and Boro had crap seasons which will result in bad crowds and the clubs in problems ?? As a Lynn and a speedway fan, I would rather both Ippo and the Panthers finish above Lynn if it was a toss up between that and them finishing bottom, with no fans left... and we loose another club. If you hate Buster that much that you want all 3 clubs to fail this season, then I suggest, well I won't, but are you really a speedway fan or just someone who has a problem.
  19. Must be related to a family member. No worries
