  1. Its early yet, but I was another one that thought the team was weak. Buster is no mug, and knows a good side.. Seems to me Lynn got pushed to the side after he bought 2 more clubs. No back up for Lambo and a reserve who averaged 2.55 on a 4.00.. I was at P&P and Kasper looked very tense on the bike, and didn't seem to keen to go out. He looked so timid in the pits. I know it's early, but it don't need a good speedway brain to see Lynn could be in trouble before the season started.
  2. I didn't go. I pick my meetings, and i'm not parting with my cash until things improve.
  3. Well done Poole. I expect a good 20 point win at your gaff. Lambo has problems !! Must be bikes, but from his 2 meetings so far as averaged 2.66.That will turn around.. Erik and TJ did well tonight, but for me the Stars have problems, already.. I don't like to beat the drum so early, but there is no back up for Robert. Ok Erik scored well as I said he would, but you can't expect a 6 point rider to do it week in week out. Even if Lambo had scored more, Lynn are at home and would of struggled. They were the best away team last season, I think it was 16 points! I feel Lynn has suffered due to Buster saving the league for another year. I can't see the current Lynn side getting a point away and will get beat or run close at home. It seems like Busters " We want to build on 2018 and go 1 step better" went out of the window, after he bought 2 more clubs.
  4. I would of thought he could use last years bikes, or the year before and score a whole lot more than he is up until now.
  5. Maybe his bikes, although i'm sure they are new. Lambo went out plenty on P&P day and looked ok. It's not his fitness, so must be bike trouble?
  6. Spot on. That's how I see it as well. Lynn's reserves and engine room haven't started to well in any league yet, and with no back up for Robert I can only see it going Poole's way. On a plus point can see Erik bagging a few points tonight, otherwise it could well be wider than 42-48 ish.
  7. I do hope the lad goes well. He just looks tense on the bike to me. I'd like nothing more for him to score some points and if he averaged his assessed 4.0 he will have done well for me. It might be a bit early for him in the Prem, but I hope not. Early days though, lets see what tomorrow brings. I did post my concerns about this team ages ago, and I will stand by that, but hope i'm proved wrong big time
  8. Ha. I wrote it down as 3.67 so I got it right as well . Agree about giving them a chance, it's only fair. But (in Matt Ford mode) i'd swap him for Kasper tomorrow
  9. In the last( final) green sheet averages on 22.11.18 he was listed at 3.64. I suppose he will get a small reduction of 2.5%. I don't know if that would be his starting ave this season though. Or it would be a converted championship average ?
  10. Some come across as trolls, or are just prats . Maybe it's the school holidays
  11. The Lynn side that finished 6 points clear in the league, after being bottom in 2018 wasn't very very poor was it?
  12. Cheaper than Simon Lambert ? on a point less that would allow the top 5 to be stronger, and score as much. A few laughed when I said over the winter that Lambert over Kasper would free up a point. Would give 7.67 for Proctor for example.
  13. Good to hear, even if it is Ippo . Hope it continues. Speedway needs it.
