  1. If what you say is true. Buster is going to go bust, taking on 3 teams to try and keep the Prem going , while had a good thing going with his King's Lynn !! Tell me how he is going to make money after buying 2 more clubs at this time in speedway when it's on it's arse and loosing money? Right or wrong he is trying to save the Prem.
  2. Have not read the thread, but why can't Holder ride here..A former world champ. What has he done wrong ??
  3. Keeping the club going. And the big increase of young fans. Poole are the most, or equally expensive in the league for young ones.
  4. Blimey. Your memory is better than mine
  5. I remember at least once way back in the day, there were a couple of Bobbies hanging around the back straight at Lynn in case the packed crowd got a bit exited . Would of been late 70's maybe early 80's.
  6. If that is the team, it don't do much for me if i'm honest. Can't see us getting much, if anything on the road. Was Lynn's strong point last season. Main concern is no back up for Lambo. Next up. How is Lewis, both body and mind. Is it one bad one to many. Risky on 5.36 Kasper averaged 2.55, but comes in on a 4.00. Risky, but I think he can improve on 2.55. Will do well to average 4.00. Ty did well with 6.67, he might maintain it, but I will be surprised if he can up it any. Same with TJ on 6.05, there was a big difference in his home and away averages. But as last season, it's how you finish, so hoping for a good season and a play off place. I said hoping
  7. I was wrong about the average -2.5% it's 8.90. But was right on the rider
  8. I make it.... Lambo 9.13... I stand corrected 8.90 Ty 6.67 Erik 6.08 TJ 6.05 MPT 5.36 Kasper 4.00 Leaving 5.44
  9. As they say ,"it's not how you start, it's how you finish" Both Poole and Lynn were bottom at some point in 2018. So who knows.
  10. I'm the same. Itching for the Stars to finally win it, while Erik is good around Lynn and no doubt still on the up, away I think Lambo would be on his own in 13/15 so to speak.
  11. He is a 6.4 point rider, these days. I don't know what money he would need, but if it was in line with his average I can't see why he ain't got a team tbh. With Ippo the Fav's
  12. If that was the case, Kasper who averaged 2.55 in 2018 and a 4.13 rider would be weak at reserve. wouldn't of thought Lynn would have Kasper who is till on his assessed 4 average who did 2.55 last season. I would go Lambert on a 3 which would leave 5.13. Maybe
  13. Theres a few on here that seem confident NKI ain't doing the UK, but who knows.. Not long to wait now. Will there be a loan fee
  14. That's the fist time iv'e heard TJ's name in the frame. I know you said "guess" but is it very educated
  15. For me Clive, no back up for Lambert will hit us hard in 13 and 15. I don't think that team would make the play offs if i'm honest. I can't see them getting much away from home, where last season they scored the most points on the road. I see where you are coming from with the team thing though.. After a great last season I would rather a team built to win the league tbh. But that's just me. I would have concerns with Lewis as well. He has had some bad ones and is it one to many ? It's a body and mind thing, and he has a young family. Buster said after last season that he had enjoyed it and wanted to go one better in 2019. But that was before he bought 2 more clubs. Maybe with Buster laying out for another 2 teams, it's hit Lynn a bit in the process. We will see
  16. I would agree with that. Bomber is said to ask for good money, but I can't see him being cheaper than Neils. Maybe there is no NKI this season, and Ippo won't have Tungate. So there is only Bomber left for them ?. Hence the re shuffle. If that is the case, why did Buster not sit down and work all this out before the teams were made public.. If so Tungate to the Panthers maybe and Lynn have no back up for Lambo The mind boggles
  17. I agree, Bomber on his "old" average would be most welcome. In the green sheet averages on 27-9-18, which was the one before the final set was released, he was on 6.68. That jumped up over a point to 7.78 after the Rye results removed I feel with Kasper who averaged 2.55, still on a 4.00, although I expect him to add to last seasons average ,adding Bomber on a 7.78 would be giving away over 2 points. Always like Bomber, he always gives it 100%. Hope he gets sorted, if he already hasn't.
  18. That first line is what I expect to happen. I think it's a stop gap, to bide a bit of time. Although I fear it will only put back the inevitable of 1 league for another season.
  19. It might be Ippo. It's not the riders cost, it's the cost of the team. Hans, Cook, Harris...In one team ?
