  1. You have got me thinking now. If you are right, then Nick Morris fits for either Hans or Wright Far from ideal.
  2. I think Sam Masters fits with the 5% away rule. Hans is 6.89 +5% …… 7.23 Masters has a 7.11 average. Nick Morris fits for either Ty( with the 5%) or Wright. That's if they are available, and willing. Ippo's got this one .
  3. Max has been named in the Rospiggarna team tonight apparently. If he rides and comes through it ok, then he is going to make it harder for the Stars.
  4. Might of been. Same applies. Don't matter what they won. It was wrong.
  5. If Neil Watson said Peterborough are not going to close, that's good enough for me. It's not been a good season for them. Look where last seasons table toppers and play off finalists are this season. Second bottom. Probably due to Buster putting money into other clubs. After last season Buster said he would go all out to go one better in 2019. Then invested in 2 clubs. And some Panthers fans think they are hard done by Yet some say, get the bloke back that cashed in on Holder a few times last season £££, and left the fans short changed, not forgetting leaving the rest of the team to struggle !
  6. I'd agree with that. Swindon need Ellis Perks to chip in with 3 or 4 at home, otherwise it could be tight. Although Perks only scored 1 at Poole, he was giving 100%.
  7. I think you will at the AFA. But I read we have Rory. I hope he has made up with Buster and not going to stuff him with a poor display. This is Lynn you are talking about visiting the NSS. Not a good away record this season, but I feel they are starting to find a bit of form. It's going to be a close one at your place, either way.
  8. A "hate campaign" might be a bit strong, but it seems that there was some kind of wind up going on over the PA. And if you wanted a reaction, Cookie is your man unfortunately. Having said that, he did act in an inappropriate manor. As did a few Dugards I read. Not a thing done about that though.
  9. I also think it's out of reach, if being realistic. Maybe 3 or so points short. But that large lady ain't singing yet. As for 25 points from those 3. I admit it was optimistic. I was thinking we need that from them if Robert isn't riding, and we have a guest, not much to choose from and most don't seem to go to well for other teams. But as you say, if Lambo is riding, and if him and Cookie can bag 22-23 between then then i'd be happy with 20 from them 3. The 3 engine room boys seem to be hitting a bit of form. I know it's been at home, But the NSS is wide smooth track and our boys seem to have a bit of speed of late
  10. Robert is due to see a specialist in Germany this week. So hopefully we should know a bit more by Thursday. I have never been to NSS. But if what I've seen on TV is anything to go by, you should be in for a treat. Even better if the Stars can get the win I don't know about Porsing though. If like he says he is used to big open tracks, he might grab a few points if he has speed in his bikes..
  11. I agree. Feel fairly confident at home against BV. Providing Rory turns up. The away meeting on the 26th will be a big one for the Stars. Have opened a thread for that one now
  12. I blame the wife . She was moaning that she wanted to go out, telling me to hurry up..
  13. This could be a chance for the Stars to gain some away points. With our engine room now firing, we have a decent chance. It's a must if we want that 4th spot. We need to pick points up away and this looks to be our best chance. If MPT, TJ and Erik can bag 25 points from their programmed rides, we will be in with a chance. May well depend on how we replace Lambo, and if Max is fit to ride. Pretty close either way I think. I'd be happy with 44-46 and 3 points. Won't be greedy Your thoughts on this one ….
  14. Yes I got the date mixed up with BV v Lynn which is on the 26/08. I don't know how to edit the tile of a thread
  15. Title edited.. * Sorry I got the fixtures mixed up. My words below was referring to BV v Lynn, which is on the 26/8 * As for the the fixture at the AFA, I think the stars will be ok, if Rory puts in a shift. A win for the Stars will put them nearer to a top 4 spot. Pretty much a must win. Guests will be thin on the ground with only Wolves not riding. I don't know if Max will be fit either ? Lynn's engine room have stated firing, so if we can get 25 from MPT, TJ and Erik, (without any RR rides if Lynn choose RR for Lambo), we have a chance. Thoughts ?
  16. Needs thinking about. Wouldn't surprise me if changes will be looked at before the play offs.
  17. Was the fire in his belly all ran out last time... The biggest difference in scoring you can get. 12 from 4 completed rides to 0 from 3.
