Ben is no doubt better than he is showing so far, and should be doing better. But it is early days. His 8.22 home average last season at BV inflated his average a bit (to 6.99 overall),while his away average was only 5.19. I'd expect around 7.50 at the AFA and 5.50 away this season.

If Bens e/f was a broken fuel pipe as you say, then that was poor prep for me. Start of the season, with newly built bikes.. A split or perished pipe, or if the pipe came off, could of been avoided with a few quid's worth of new pipe and clips on a prepped bike. Not picking on him, just being fair on this one.

Agree with Harris. He should get one of Boughen's rides, maybe HT15, so thats 6. He could well pick up one of Klindts or Bens, or a tapes ex, making it 7. Or am i being over cautious? Not sure on the Lidsey v Lawson bet. I have him (Lawson)for around 6 points tonight. I dont see much i like tonight tbh. Will be giving this one a miss. Good luck to all having a bet .

I think it will be a bit tighter than you. The Aces will be smarting a tad after last week, and i'd expect their 2 big guns to respond. I would expect them to get 23 between them. I'll probably be miles out, but I'll go with 48-42 to the Stars

A great team no doubt. Your averages include bonus points though. Home GSA's for the 24 season was JD 10.55, Emil 8.94, and Adam Ellis 7.48 respectively. Still very good btw.

Hard to predict this early on in the season. But our boys will get some more track time this evening, so will go a slightly conservative 10 point Stars win on the night. Hoping for 14+.

Good to see that Ashton was at the AFA at 7.30 am the day after NKI's testimonial, trying to iron out a few things on the bikes.

I went to the doctors last week at 2pm. My appointment was 4pm. Bloody Doctor.. I didn't get out until 4.15.. Terrible service.

A year younger than NKI. As far as i can gather. Retired in 2019. Last rode at Lynn in 2016, averaging 6.51. Not sure he would score many/any points now. Not that important in a testimonial i know, but he wont want to be way off the pace either.

To be honest, i don't know. But it looks like he wont be short of equipment if he is just doing the UK.
