Argos replied to mdmc82's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
My 1st Trip to Swindon for some time, enjoyed the meeting but wow aren't them houses close, will anybody buy a house so close to a Speedway track, I'm a Speedway fan, and there's no way I would -
Wolverhampton V Belle Vue 29 March
Argos replied to Rob B's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Very odd I'm 4 miles from the Track, no rain at all, think this may have something to do with Cradleys meeting there last night, -
Bye Bye Ben
-
I went to Coventry to day, the main talking point must were was the crowd, 1st NL meeting of the season and there no more the 100 there, on a positive note track man did I good job.
-
uk Martin were you on the payroll at sometime in the past at Birmingham Speedway and was part of the civil war between McLaughlin and Drury are still there but you aren't
-
But why do more supporters go now than ever, even the season we finished top of the EL and I say that his as a supporter that has missed a handful of meetings since the rebirth in 07
-
Well we will not be going even if it's on,sorted something else out,
-
Can someone please inform me if the B.Vue v Cradley meeting on Easter Monday is my on, Ive tried to contact B.Vue office but with no response
-
Solution: transfer the riders to Birmingham how many times have Tony Mole come to the rescue of a club that has closed, I bet the BSPA have been on the phone to him already
-
Whoops sorry hard night last night in the Black Country
-
Maybe we have got it wrong re NL Clubs having Assets, at last nights Cradleys meet the riders, it as announced that Bashford and Chessell had become "Club Assets" BSPA had a change of heart?
-
If it says so in the daily star it must be true
-
So Robert Branford comes into the UK in late April due to his sisters wedding, can Rye House name him in there 1 to 7 from the start of the season, but use a guest for him until he arrives in the UK,
-
This must be the beginning of the end of British Speedway, you can't get your riders together for a Press Day, because riders Diaries are full, for God sake, we're is there commit to British Speedway, I really have heard it all now
-
uk Martin so you don't go to Birmingham speedway anymore
-
Can't wait for the fans forum at Birmingham next Wednesday, I have my question ready to Mr Mole :Is it true that NL teams can now not have assets, if this is true what about your statement at the start of last season that you wanted to build up an asset base ready for when we apply to go in the PL, I will be very interested in his response
-
I see in this week's speedway star and I quote "Greg Hancock will be approximately 2000,000PLM out of pocket after a PZM tribunal verdict went against him" 2000,000PLM = 361K and we wonder why de doesn't ride in the UK
-
I never contacted them as they put the reason why it was such a disgrace in the public domaine, so fair enough
-
So the hall holds 300 we have a official BSPA press release middle of last week confirming there is only 50 places are available at that time, the fans that attended say there were only 50 fans in attendance, I'm no mathematical genius but something just does not add up
-
With the announcement that the NL now has a league sponsor, not so long ago there were only 6 teams now there is 12 with big clubs like Eastbourne, Cradley, Birmingham, with theses clubs stating they have very healthy crowds is the NL the league to be in?
-
CANT be the real Phillip Rising a proper journalist would NEVER make such a elementary mistake
-
Why oh why do you ALWAYS start you sentence with ALL capitals it's so annoying
-
So the BSPA put on a FREE forum at Rugby it's been advertised for at least 8 weeks the hall holds 300 and guess what, there's still over 50 places available and it's only a few days away how sad is that
-
Having been at this meeting I agree with you, hold your h ad in shame Morris
