  1. Well that made very interesting reading on the Rugby Borough Council Website re the application for Planning at Brandon, Previously I thought that Mr Horton had taken a “Bung” Now I’m 100% sure he has, In the application the owners have made great play in the Speedway Team have moved to a more suitable venue just down the road at Leicester, Disgraceful act
  2. Is the application on the Councils Website
  3. Best Post on this Cradley thread
  4. Good luck to Cradley I say, The team that was one of the biggest Speedway teams in the country are now running in a meaningless competition, Cherry picking a team of riders that all ride for others teams, it’s such a sad demise of a club like Cradley , let there marvellous fans have something to cheer about.
  5. Anyone remember what the Swindon’s Team was in the NL last season or were they finished in the Table, no me neither, just about sums up the NT, It’s a fixture filler
  6. The NT is nothing but a Fixture filler, no more,
  7. Having seen Kean Dicken several times at Birmingham last season there’s no way he his ready for the NL, after unfortunately breaking his leg at P&P day he was miles off the pace lost all his confidence, I think he is one of these Riders that isn’t really interested but is pushed my his Father
  8. I can’t understand why Mildenhall have given Cradley permission to use Drew, there fans will not ne happy if he gets injured whilst riding for Cradley
  9. Out of interest were the Peterborough Promoters in attendance at the AGM ?
  10. With Lawrence now the main man at Birmingham the big question now is who is going to be Hortons Co Promoter, as a Co Promoter is just as liable for the costs of running a club, and ever club must have a minimum of 2 Promoters, be very interesting to see who it is
  11. Yes he is very much admired, it’s incredible that he still has the stamina to race keep it up Tony
  12. Who is the oldest Jon Armstrong or Tony Atkins?
  13. So if Plymouth and Cradley get to the NT Final Cradley will have a guest for a rider that is there rider, and is riding against them
  14. Most teams are more or less complete now and I still stand by my view that Lakeside will be the team to beat
  15. Well that’s a good signing, also confirms Rogers as TM
  16. Has it been confirmed that Rogers is the new Team Manager?
  17. That’s a very good signing, wish he was at Birmingham
  18. Congratulations to Jon Cooke on assembling a very very good side, baring any injuries a Play off team for sure, and with there massive home track advantage they can beat any team on aggregate, the only downside is if the rumours I’ve heard are true it’s there new team manager, who has only ever Managed in the NL,
  19. Swindon May have special dispensation to run on SOME Thursdays but they still have all the Away meetings to run, of which the majority will be on a Wednesday, very strange signing,
  20. Well new signing tomorrow, who’s your money on?
  21. As I’ve stated previously it’s a Mirror image of the Long Eaton situation, exactly the same, and we all know what happened there.
  22. The only thing now is whoever takes over from JPB as got some big shoes to fill, I just hope whoever it is he’s a young rider so as to carry on the legacy of the club since it went NL,
  23. But surely that’s JPB decision not Masons, Let’s not forget for what ever reason Mason doesn’t want JPB in his Team although he is saying publicly it’s better for him to go somewhere else, and also let’s not forget JPB was desperate to come back
