Hyde road was just the same.At the end of the day , in the play off the team that rides the best wins irrespective of any home track advantage or lack of it.

Great to see Oxford back…. Seen some great meetings in the past -
Good luck in 2022.

Jason was self motivated in his riding career and will be able to use his motivation skills for the team. Add to that his vast experience which he can pass on to the younger riders. -
Hoping they put meetings on Quest just like British Speedway does
-
Quite a lot of people already bring their own printed sheet because they do not save programmes. I do both as I save my programme
-
In an ideal world, there should be no guests. However they are a necessary evil…we are never going to have riders waiting for a squad of riders. at the moment a guest for no 1 if chosen or if there are two heatleaders missing is a good alternative.
-
The NDL should be about developing riders. Last year there was some great entertaining racing watching the Colts… hope formore of the same in 2022. it was great watching the young uns develop
-
Good luck this season, Ben. Great to see you are now clear of your injuries from the end of the season. Time to grow in stature and status within the team. Will watch your progress
-
Signing Archie Freeman reminds me of another geordie who rode at Hyde road…. Mike Hiftle Mike could not get in the colts side and He rode for Glasgow in the top division…. He averaged around 5.5 which is good going in his first season in the top division He did ride for the Aces later on
-
If Tai is not riding in Sweden, he can ride in GB. Living at home in gb and commuting to Poland and the gps would probably be favourable to basing in Poland as he has in the past.
-
The first time I saw Norwich was at Hyde road with Ove Fundin and Olle Nygren as their top two..what a great spearhead for a team
-
the BSPA site shows no signings for Glasgow… presumably not logged with them yet. However most of the side seems to be announced. Exactly who have they signed

Handicap racing in America works well because there is a vast difference between the top and the lower ranked riders….but most crucially you need tracks with wide bends allowing sufficient space for passing. The quality of riders in the top 2 leagues is such handicaps would be a step too far
-
More than pleased with the team. Last year produced good matches and entertaining meetings. I am hoping young Sam will make significant progress next year.
-
Good to see Kent are riding in 2022. I have seen some good meetings at Iwade.
-
Good luck for 2022
-
Great to see an enlarged NDL.. Shame Workington has been delayed due to shameful vandalism More than happy with the team
-
Peter Craven liked to ride at 5 and see how the track was riding…as did Peter Collins I think
-
Great shame about the vandalism.Locks smashed suggest a deliberate act against the speedway
-
As much as I have high regard for Jason, he is way off the rider I want to remember. He was totally fantastic when he rode for us at the greyhound track… I would much prefer for him to retire gracefully
-
Signing Max which was well advertised at the end of the season and is a good replacement for Dan. However losing Dan is a massive blow as far as I am concerned. I feel sure that Tom B will be part of the team.. but despair re the rest of the team I hope that I am pleasantly surprised
-
He is not the first rider to allow a bidding war to get his best deal..nor will he be the last. I am sure Adrian Smith will do a deal that suits Belle Vue but will not be involved in a bidding war

Number 8 for each team and Junior League
KIRKYLANE replied to Flappy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
They probably have not thought that far yet… answers on a postcard to BSPL.
