There's a lot of judging Cook on where he was rather than where he is and where he's going IMO. Agree totally with the tuning point. He may not be the natural talent of Ward, Dudek, Woffie Woffie Woffie, etc. but he is improving all the time and continuing to work extremely hard and is very focussed. He is easily comparable to Zagar, Harris, etc and is a good Gater. He also has the physical strength to handle difficult conditions where others struggle and can ride the outside line. I'm not sure how he'll do on the long tracks but have every confidence having watched him a lot over the last year.

I think the doubters are going to get a fright when they see what this boy has began to do - remembering he was a late convert. He will be a GP regular in the next 3 years and fully expect him to be Belle Vue's #1 in 2016. There, I said it. If there is anything in his way, he will work through it.

Good luck Craig. Hope to see him at Belle Vue next season. To be honest he has really come on and I think he will be a top 8 rider in the world i the next few years.

The Edinburgh threads got someone demanding evidence for the claim that they've been living beyond their means, so prob listen to anything.

I didn't know this but theres been a lot of hum and haw around him later on in the season, so maybe some truth. Like him as a rider but things have to change so might be him.

I'm not counting Nick out, just of the belief somethings got to give and I believed he was struggling at home. Everything I've said is just thinking aloud - I have no insider info at all.

Get up to Glasgow, they are making an all out attempt to appeal to everyone, so you'll get Tiger Feet, but also Diplo, Katy Perry, The Stones etc And it's proving you can please everyone. Loads of young women, loads of pensioners, loads of families and kids. But still sending good wishes out for fans of all ages. TBH they've kind of modlled a lot of the flashly stuff on the GP's. It is definately possible.

I would have thought so.... don't want to be critical of it as it's great to have them coming, but I know a couple of people who will point blank refuse due to the venue.

No news on either Edinburgh or Glasgow..... Kelin and Nigel are bringing their tour to Glasgow Tigers though. At Ibrox (you can't have everything).

That would be a weaker team than this year unless there's someone knocking about on 6.38 I don't know about. I'd like to think if Lawson isn't back (I'd expect him to be) we got someone else contending for #1. Love Sarj and really want to keep him, but at the moment he is a 5 pointer although I expect his average will improve this year.

It's Pedersens off track antics that I'm saying are deserving of a punch in the chops - when it comes to the on track stuff, all I will say is that if you watch this years GP season he has had some potentially horrendous crashes caused by other riders. I'd say Doyle has been a more gung ho on track overall. I'm a Pedersen fan in that I love watching him and would miss him when he goes, but his temper tantrums and his carry on (which are entertainment) deserve a slap. It's a shame if that's the option these guys are taking, do you think it's more money or the bigger stage abroad? The travelling etc must mean it's worth it.
