Someone needs to have a training session on speaking to the public. They have to keep folk in the safe areas but should be told to be polite and courteous. It's embarresing at times when you hear them yelling you can't stand there - move. Having said that the example from Dick is just as bad, so what do you expect. People have paid good money and that is crap customer service.

It's a dreadful advert for the sport when there are other alternatives available. I can guarantee if it was my first night at speedway I'd be reluctant to go back.

Something has to be done. There must be some low cost contingency plan, because that was an HOUR AND A HALF delay for one injured rider. Smith is OK apparently so delighted with that which is the main thing, but any newcomers would be put off. EDITED To add I actually agree with Scotsman above, a terrible advert for Speedway.

Have to agree that I think we (Glasgow) and three or four championship sides would beat Poole atm. On paper they don't look much and on Shale they seem to be even worse. Also have to say that Rye House lineup looks like an Elite league team, will be a shame if they don't make the playoffs. Three GP winners and 3 guys who can be 9 pointers on their night.
