  1. Jenson your a joke of a promoter. Your stadium's a mess, your manager's a joke & your team!!! Who ever is advising you you need to not listen! Employ someone who knows what they are doing or lose your club.
  2. Can't see this happening, probably not naming reserve as first drop of rain & it'll be off!!
  3. You have the Rye management to thank for your win after their major cock up with Rob Branford in the first leg. Heads should roll 😤 Well done Swindon a couple more meetings for your fixture list!
  4. Wasn't a fan of Schroeck last season, poor team manager for me. Afraid to take struggling riders out of heats, seems too matey with the riders and seems to lack knowledge of the sport/current riders. Seems a bit weak and if he allowed Branford to ride for Sheffield he should be stood down. Cost the club and riders money as now no extra meetings in the cup plus the damage of an early home defeat to the club. 100% agree made a huge mistake getting rid of John Sampford in favour of Schroeck, what were they thinking? Seems alot of brown nosing going on around the place. Shot themselves in the foot with that decision, unfortunately it's the fans & riders that miss out on extra meetings. Come on BMR sort it out I thought you were professionals 😃😃😃😃
  5. Good job you have a good team because the stadium is shocking!!!
  6. Does any body know if Peter Schroeck is still team manager? Haven't seen any quotes or interaction from him regarding team announcements? Just seems like he isn't that involved. IMO Rye needs someone with more experience, some of his decisions last year cost Rye points, Martin Hagon is a face that's familiar at Rye these days, time for a change maybe? Sorry guys don't like repeating myself!!
  7. I would think Junior would know the story more so than you Sid. Buy it is always good to be optimistic.
  8. Additionally we have re-commenced work to complete the stadium initiatives already started, including the new motorcycle dealership on the fourth bend, and will also be investing in a number of new ones. These will all impact on crowd access areas and safety, and are another reason to call a halt now. Had a look around this weekend, no additional work being done what's so ever. Obviously just couldn't be bothered to put on an end of season meeting, total disregard for the fans & can not even be honest about it. Roll on 2017 in the elite league pah ha ha ha!
  9. Morley is in Australia so you won't be seeing him today!
  10. Management totally let the Rye team down not for the first time, Steve "jetson" needs to rethink for next season Peter Schroeck may be a "nice" guy but he is as good at team management as he was at riding!! And the wooden spoon goes to........ PETER SCHROECK
  11. Ed just isn't into Rye House any more unfortunately. If they know what's good for them they should be looking at replacing their team manager!
  12. Well I did something I said I wouldn't do on Saturday night, I returned to Rye House. I was actually shocked at what little effort had been put into the place after such a long period. Yes there is a new stand & yes the pits are improved &, well that appears to be it. The place is nothing more than a building site! I was also told there are no showers, surely that is a basic requirement? Looking after your riders & fans should be paramount & Rye House promotion have failed (as I suspected) miserably. The track doesn't look like it's seen any scale for months. I'm surprised Edward hasn't had a good moan up about it as he was always on at Len Silver. I think this will be Eds last season here. As much as I read about the team spirit I didn't witness it & I don't think Peter Schroeck knows what he is doing, should have stuck with Sampo IMA. and as for Peter Schroeck being too nice? He was nice enough to screw his life long mate Andrew Silver over & poor John Sampford!! Don't let that smile fool you. Any how unfortunately & I do mean unfortunately Rye House is not a better place to be & yes I said I wouldn't return but curiosity killed the cat. Where do I get a refund?
  13. Branford's on the new team declarations as an OG (out going) rider, me thinks Junior maybe mistaken! I see the usual keeping the fans in the dark still applies.
  14. So so SO sad but not unexpected. Gone are the old regime. Bye bye Rye as we all knew & loved. No more Magnificent Men in their flying machines, no more Silvers, no more Yellow & Blue etc etc. Very worrying times for Rye Fans, no experienced personel there now & Peter Schroeck??? Do me a favour, How did that even happen? Key jangling Steve has f##ked up big time over & over again. Feel sorry for the riders but I guess that's Speedway! Bring on 2016 the season of discontent.
