  1. He’s moved to Australia, I doubt it, although Senna’s just starting out and he might want to come and be involved
  2. Powers that be haven’t done anything, it’s a rolling average. That just shows how poor he was last season in comparison to his actual average.
  3. What’s that got to do with the price of cheese? The green sheet averages from the team declarations are what counts.
  4. Oh how we’ve all missed the intelligent Comets fans in the Championship. Doesn’t understand how rolling averages work clearly. Never watched a meeting since Worky left the league and presumes nothing has changed. Craig Cooks a top rider, no one’s disputing that. Just simply saying he isn’t the best rider in the league and hasn’t been for years, and that’s a FACT. You are being incredibly naive if you think Cook who hasn’t been able to hold down a second string spot in the Premiership is better than Sam Masters, who’s ridden at number 1 for Wolves for multiple years. Douglas miles clear of him last year also.
  5. 2019 Cook 10.71 Masters 10.86 2021 Cook 9.46 Masters 9.86 2022 Cook 8.98 Masters 10.15 2023 Cook 9.08 Masters funnily enough higher than him AGAIN. Source - https://wwosbackup.proboards.com/ Of course I know what I’m talking about. I wouldn’t state something I hadn’t checked upon beforehand.
  6. Last time Cook had a higher average than Masters was 2018, stop living in the past. He’s a good rider and a good number 1 when his heads in it, but as we’ve all witnessed, that’s not always the case.
  7. Better tracks in top league? I disagree. Bar Belle Vue, Championship has much better tracks and racing, even excluding Glasgow. Give me Workington, Redcar and Scunthorpe over any other top league track to Belle Vue. Oxford a good track, but in both leagues.
  8. Bastian Borke won’t be riding for any Polish senior team I doubt? Will be U24 or a squad rider surely
  9. It wouldn’t be a comeback, rode in French league last season, as well as longtrack etc.
  10. Glasgow announced 2 months ago that Claus wasn’t returning did they not?
  11. Actually he said that Schlein was his favourite team mate he’s had in terms of professionalism, so yes, I’m sure he did learn from him.
  12. He’s right? KL, BV, Ippo, Sheff, Leicester, Oxford have all named their teams. Birmingham have named 3 riders, and all 3 aren’t heat leaders, I suppose if they’ve got a big top 3 lined up Riss may be in, but I can’t see it.
  13. Leon was a lot better away from home in 22 than in 23, I think that was to do with Harris. He got on really well with him and spent the year learning from him.
  14. Under 10’s free, up to 16 £5, 16-18 £10 would be what I would be looking at. No point having free until 16, as the 17 year olds just stop going when being charged adult prices.
  15. harris, s worrall, flint, pearson, starke, complin, pijper
  16. Doubt Edinburgh would want him back after this past season. They outed him for withholding his services didnt they. Berwick aren’t having him, and redcar aren’t going to be going for him.
  17. I’d say Kemp will hold his own with the weaker number 6’s, Edwards, Bailey, Jenkins. Obviously not as good as Kerr and Wojdylo. Not sure who Birminghams will be, but J Thomp will be the weakest/2nd weakest along with Boughen of the number 7’s.
  18. I’m just comparing to the teams where we know the majority of the line ups.
  19. Bad team. Could of got so much better than Heeps.
  20. Wiktor Lampart would be a very nice addition to British Speedway, a young Pole on the up. Average just below F Jakobsen in Ekstraliga, and despite being one of the weakest riders in Ekstraliga main bodies, he’s only 22 years old. I’d expect him to average 6 at least if here for the full season.
  21. Yeah but Worrall’s banned and Howarths went to Scunny, that only leaves Barker
