  1. You just stick to looking at the updates and don’t bother giving an opinion on a meeting you didn’t attend, was plenty of passing, but it rained for 5 hours straight, so of course it’s not going to be normal track conditions, but that doesn’t suit your agenda does it
  2. Aye nice to see some good passing and your team winning at home, good result for the 1-5 Diamonds I see
  3. Well written piece in the Bandits v Oxford programme from Gary Flint, not exactly happy with Wednesday night
  4. Awful take, watching riders struggling hitting ruts and lifting, letting other riders pass isn’t good racing. Some fantastic racing at Berwick this season so far, not just Bomber, who’s had a fantastic start to the season for Berwick and Peterborough, the two teams he actually rides for, maybe if you had a number 1 and didn’t have to borrow everyone else’s it wouldn’t matter.
  5. Yes, there is, would never be able to get insurance otherwise, and you would be silly to run without that
  6. When people are saying you need a second ambulance, that doesn’t mean taking one away from the NHS ambulance service, it would be ‘st john’s’ or a private ambulance/paramedic firm, the same as what your paramedics and ambulance is in the first place
  7. Don’t feel any sympathy for Birmingham’s promotion, it’s something the majority of clubs have covered for years, and should be mandatory, you cannot abandon a meeting for an ankle injury, when there’s a hospital 5 miles away! Even if a paramedic went with him in a van/the ambulance, and then returned, the public and the away team shouldn’t have to put up with that.
  8. On a Wednesday night? 9.5 hour round trip, bit silly to expect any more than 7 riders, 7 mechanics, a team manager and 5 fans at a push.
  9. Think there’s going to be a great battle for the play off spots this year, Berwick, Scunthorpe, Leicester, Redcar, Oxford, Plymouth, Edinburgh (if they make a change or two) will be battling for 4 places, with Glasgow and Poole clear at the top, and Brum 10th and Newcastle at the bottom
  10. Question marks over Shanes, Pearson and Etheridge fitness wise
  11. Pijper in for Paco I hear, some nice practice for the Bandits around Brough ready for 2 weeks time, with Flint and Wells already having rode there this season
  12. Pickering been fantastic to watch friday/saturday night I have to say, most entertaining rider I’ve seen for a long time
  13. I have Berwick by 6 as my prediction, but Hook/Fredrikson are both fairly unknown in terms of how good they’ll be tomorrow
  14. Berwick don’t go well at Armadale normally is such an out of date and ill informed statement. Theo Pijper and Ricky Wells have both won titles for the monarchs, Wells scored 14 last season in the play offs, Chris Harris scored paid double figures both times last season for Birmingham, Jye Etheridge got paid for double figures from number 1 at Armadale last season, he’s going to be at reserve on Friday, Leon scored paid 14 guesting for Plymouth last season, Proctor normally only scores a couple, as does Bickley, but Kyle got to ride the track last week so should have a bit of an advantage. We should be looking to win on Friday, and it will be a failure if we don’t pick up a point minimum imo.
