  1. No one asked for the club to mention that a rider was going to be practising, I just think that the club should of told the fans that they were having a practise to try and sort our weak home performances of late out. Taffy's choice whether he want's to tell people but I knew of Theo's friend a few weeks ago. Not aure if the kid is ready but it can't be a bad thing him having a practise around our track, save him for later
  2. Funny that isn't it...when a Club spokesperson doesn't inform the fans of what's going on, it's not as if it's secretive, everyone in Tweedmouth will be able to hear it but it would be nice for the Club to include it in the, may I add, wonderful newsletters that a practise was taking place to try and sort our home defeats out, in a way, you's have shot yourself in the foot by not doing so as people would be impressed that they are all comitted to travel to the track and make the team effort needed.
  3. Also heard it several times since Saturday night, are you in a position to tell me otherwise? If so, please do
  4. didn't speak to the said rider but got told off someone who most definately did and I agree, he does have a point
  5. any names/teams confirmed for the pairs meeting then jengz
  6. what for? It's Berwick's home leg of the Border Trophy that needs completed, isn't it?
  7. Same again year in year out, we can't carry a number 1, never mind a number 4 as well...
  8. Summers engine lost in transit by UPS and Barker's child in hospital, Lawson'a just a gating tart though
  9. I agree with you, apart from the fan base part, there was 3 Scunny fans at Berwick 2 weeks ago and one of them lives here where as there is at least 40 going to Scunthorpe next month. I've been to Scunthorpe around 6 times now and can quite safely say that in those meetings without the Berwick fans (again around 40) there wasn't a lot there and it's not as if the fans are spread out like at Berwick. Godfrey has already threatened to shut the club downdue to poor crowds...
  10. meow, I don't think cameras showing 150 people there will help it, although I like the Scunny racetrack everything else is a tad iffy
  11. It's getting a bit rediculous now, Sky's like a clingey ex, they need to try and spread the love, the poor Monarchs are sitting like a virgin where as us Bandits are sitting with an STI
  12. Both Mellgren and Bager are averaging less than 3 this season...
  13. It just annoys me that everyone makes reference to 'the Anders of last season' he got dropped by Rye House, admittedly to fit Lambert in and then was ok for us
  14. And that is brilliant, well done to the Promotion and thank you! Also I presume there would of been some hotel rooms booked for accomodation of some of the riders, mechanics and management as we are at Ipswich the following day
  15. Palm Toft is a club legend, 18 point maximum at Rye House as a last minute guest, anyways he hasn't been under performing that badly...have you seen Mellgren and Bager's scores for the season, god almighty
  16. I do apologise, I checked my e-mail's at 4.39 before typing but as I check now I recieved it at 4.43, apologies, I'll give it a read
  17. good to hear as that meeting is part of the Berwick Southern Tour for the Supporters Club
  18. I'd seen that, just hadn't seen anything about the team being switched around
  19. The thing is was the Anders of last year all that brilliant? And they are talking about him having the same injury as Claus did, who missed the whole of the season?
