Glasgow V Somerset Sunday 23rd August.

Should be a corker of a meeting Shaleshifter with the reserves perhaps being crucial. If Vikter continues his recent ashfield form tigers should win. You'll love the stadium - we can now call it a stadium lets be honest it was a derelict weed strewn dump before! Forecast is getting better light rain shower 10am sunshine at 1pm and cloudy at 4pm but as paulco says it will keep changing up until sunday morning. so since your on a tour anyway get along early and enjoy the food and drink and theres usually a singer or something on before hand. -
Would Pontus Aspgren fit back in?

Glasgow V Redcar Pl Sun 9th Aug 2015 At 3pm

This realy was a thrashing. a puncture for Victor when miles in front in heat 2 otherwise he would have had a well deserved maximum. an Ef for our guest Josh who scored paid 9 from his other 3 rides and Aaron having bike problems in the last heat which also helped block Richard who was lining up to pass the impressive Anderson. so basically we were unlucky on the day sadly Redcar have had no luck recently with all there injuries but you can only beat whats in front of you and it was a big pay day for the home team. seemed to be a good crowd again with 100s of kids enjoying free entry and there race against Roary The riders are playing there part posing for photos and giving autographs and celebrating the win with wheelies and kozza style 'dancing'. only downside to these big crowds is you have to get in about an hour before the start to get a seat in the stand -

Might have gone along to this tomorrow but as the Redcar team seems to be uncertain, based on the above, will just sit and watch updates -

Thanks to the 4s Glasgow try out a Monday night. Hopefully crowd will turn up as they did for the Tuesday night fixtures against Sheffield and also hope weather is kind. Really worried about this one. Kauko hasn't been here since 2013 and changes have since been made to the track and Hynek is coming back from injury. I've no doubt both will settle in eventually but two newcomers plus a guest for Nick could result in problems especially if jack holder takes a liking to the ashfield shale. if Richard and Aaron keep up their recent form and scoring we shpuld be ok but will also need viktor to ride like he did last week when he passed Ulrich O in a stunning ride. can see Plymouth getting a point but tigers to win, just.

Looks like a good signing to me. He is 35. In 2013 he rode 8 matches for Belle Vue in the EL and averaged 6.29 including BPs and 11 matches for Leicester in the PL and averaged 8.33 including BPs. He currently rides for Griparna in Sweden as well as in Finland.

Just as both Swindon and Glasgow reach crucial parts of the season and the old injury jinx hits again. The wound did look horrendous so was surprised Nick cam back to quick and was scoring crucial points. So back to guests for the Tigers. Real shame for him and the two clubs. Really thought we had a chance in the 4s. if we sign a rider to replace David before Sunday can we use him? Also makes the home fixtures against Plymouth, they now look strong with the changes they've made, and Somerset really dodgy. Hope he is back for the KO double header provided he has a chance to try out his arm beforehand.

Peterborough Panthers 2015
SharpenRake replied to mudflaps's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
If you want Berge I am sure that the Glasgow management would love to hear from you - buy or loan deal? If Redcar are the other option I doubt you will have any chance of getting him. I can see Glasgow letting him go to redcar after Mr Havelock proved so easy to deal with in the signing of Aaron Summers. Plus from Berge's point of view Peterborough or Redcar where would you want to live -
I don't get what you mean. You said it wasn't what you wanted to hear I just wondered who you hoped it would be. I wasn't havin a go. I also just pointed out that Berge might be good, in fact he is good but his average is a joke so he really left us in the lurch by quitting. your posts are normally well argued but in this case you were sounding like a Berwick fan
