  1. I quoted 2 posters to show how divergent monarchs fans in their opinions. If you don't like it tough
  2. Two quotes from the monarchs chatzone . poster 1 Track poor due to Dickson's fixation with home advantage, and we didnt gate. Poster 2 Young Dan was interviewed and said he had never seen so much dirt on the track but it suited him fine. Don't you just love them? Suppose when you read both posts what they are saying is despite the track not being slick the monarchs couldn't pass
  3. Well got that wrong Despite losing Nike, hope he's ok, an easy win for the Tigers and clearly Dan and his bike were just fine, what a wee rider absolutely brilliant. From a Edinburgh point of view only Mark Riss impressed on a consistent basis and the good thing is he'll soon be in the team so Monarchs will no longer have a top scoring reserve
  4. You clearly haven't read her recent leaflet listing 144 achievements 😁
  5. I share your pessimism particularly if Dan's no.1 bike was damaged as reported on one of the forums last night. Also hope he's ok after his 3 falls
  6. As has been said earlier the problem was a lack of water. The track was ok for Newcastle match
  7. Would Nick Morris fit once the new averages come in?
  8. You have to admit speedway fans have long memories . 2 weeks ago lunna ( paid 11 form 4) and Bewley (paid 9 from 4), got all the plaudits. Lawson was slagged for going downhill and being a gater and summers was described as not being a no.1. Some thought there was too much dirt for the younger lads against Newcastle, despite Lunna and bewley scoring well, having complained that there wasn't enough dirt for the Scunthorpe match This week we are slagged as being top heavy and the younger lads need to convert effort into points, o and the track was to slick again. Yes it was slick but like the Scunthorpe match there were reasons for this; it shouldn't be the norm. The bottom line is everyone bar young Jack have had reasonable or excellent home meetings and none of the meetings have been a foregone conclusion. OR do people just want predictable 75-15 home wins every week?
  9. What have they got against Mitchell. paid 6 from 3 and taken out of his 4th ride
  10. before I die laughing might as well ask who could do a lot better than him
  11. What's wrong with people. When I've gone to Armadale I've never seen good racing - fact. Others have said its great and I think its won best track. It doesn't mean I'm wrong or others are wrong it means when I went there in my opinion it was poor. That's what 'justere2cgoodspeedway' is saying so lets just move on
  12. Just about perfect result. Heat leaders doing the business supported by the youngsters
  13. When we went ahead mid match thought we might do it but a points a point and more than we got last year and we didn't do to badly last year reaching the play offs and winning the cup
  14. can't wait for the season to start proper and we can get back to talking speedway proper
  15. Well done to everyone that got the foam fence erected despite the bad weather. Smashing photos on official facebook page. Only a couple of weeks til the ben meeting hopefully get the names of the remaining riders at tonight's supporters do
  16. If we must have double uppers they should be limited to those that only ride in Britain. Thought this originally came in to help riders who weren't in Gps or riding abroad to help them make it pay.
  17. This is epic even by your standards 😳. In summary, someone asks any news on Glasgow's p and p day. A bandit fan(?) hopes bandits riders get a ride at Glasgow p and p, Glasgow fan asks why would bandits be at Glasgow p and p and then knowing nothing about Glasgow plans you post what you did.
