Glasgow V Ipswich Cl Wed 13th Sept 2017@7-30pm

We really need to get the meeting on and win. Redcar are only 4 points behind us. If they beat us on Saturday and Newcastle on Sunday by more than 6 points we won't be in the play offs! -
Glasgow V Scunthorpe Cl Sat 9th Sept 2017@7pm

Enjoyed last night with some good racing and a sunny evening to liften Tigers fans spirits. For us aaron looked better and kyle newman a good guest. Worryingly it looked as if he was also trying out different lines just to test things for next Wednesday and forthcoming play offs. For scunthorpe Kerr and Douglas gave it a go and mpt recovered from a poor first ride. Crowd looked good, lots of kids running in the kids race but still not convinced the intensive grading at heat 10 is required -

I've said it before Jeremy Corbyn Fan has adopted us. Just ignore his posts and hopefully he will hop off -

If I held the copyright to the Muppets show I would sue you for using there most charismatic character as your name and bringing there franchise into disrepute -

This could prove to be a tricky match for the Tigers. We need jack and liam carr to dominate the scunthorpe reserves. We also need no engine failures or tape exclusions and hopefully Tigers win. -

So the fans could see the riders under neath the covers 🙃 -

The only way covers would have worked today was if they were suspended c20 feet above the track and acted like a roof. Even the Berwick management haven't managed to do that, despite being forward thinking etc etc - I think I've got that right -

The main problem was that Newcastle and Workington initially drew on aggregate and there was no golden heat to determine the winners. It's been down hill since then -

It's quite funny that teams wouldn't come to face us when we had blank dates in the summer cos they would have riders missing and now most teams are being forced to ride in September when the weather is worse and they will have riders missing 😣 -
What a sad, sad person. Show me one post where Glasgow fans are gloating. As GazC has said and others on numerous occasions the Facennas have made it clear they want this to be self financing there is no bottomless pit. Thats why they didn't accept the offer of being promoted at last years conference. They are also getting on in years and who knows how long they will stay in charge at Allied. They may even do a Rick Frost, no one knows. BUT what we will have is a decent facility that could be rented out to anyone else who wants to keep speedway alive.

Woeful???? What do you think a reserve should score. Recent scores prior to Sheffield paid 8,paid 8. Going back to July since you said months paid 5, 7, paid 11. Where are we going to find a guest that will even come close? Being a reserve he'll be on less money than the 1-5, but he's got the same bills to pay. It's obvious he tries his guts out but his bikes are those of a good nl rider. It would be nice if a sponsor came forward as his scores could be crucial come the play offs. Just hope he and dan will be fit for them

Well said GazC. And for the benefit of Jenga, here's a link to Glasgow Tigers Speedway and Team Lanno photos one showing some of the kids at the speedway. https://www.facebook.com/glasgowtigersspeedway/photos/pcb.1879895502025628/1879892952025883/?type=3&theater why don't you try counting them that should give us peace for 4 days at least

Yep I seem to remember quite a number of people saying moving to a Saturday night would be bad for families and all the kids that came on Sundays would be lost from the sport. As paulco says there was millions of them on Saturday night. Just a pity we've had a disjointed fixture list so far. Hopefully everyone will be back even though we lost 😠

This season is starting to remind me of the season chelsea had 2 years ago, both managers scratching there heads and team members inconsistent 🤔

Pointless pressing the panic button, the team can't be changed even if we wanted to. Just watched the Tigers broadcast on Facebook and seems Aaron's tuner was over from Poland so the boy is trying to sort out his lack of power. The play offs are all that matter now although it would be nice to go unbeaten at home. It might not go down well with some fans but we need the remaining 6 to stay healthy and not take risks - Ipswich fans said the same when they lost Cam Heeps through trying to hard. We also need them to get there best engines booked in early with there tuners and who knows what they will achieve. So in free fall or playing it safe. Hope it is the latter 🙆
