You've clearly not been looking. He is in the country and putting a couple of bikes together and hopes to be racing soon.

This should be a cracker with the return of Richard Lawson and Lewis Kerr, not to mention the very impressive Tom Brennan. Kennett and Newman are no slouches and Drew Kemp had some impressive laps at Saturday's GP qualifier. Their rising star is Jason Edwards who scored 13 points and finished third in the British Under 21 semi final at Redcar recently. This will be close and I'd imagine a fair number of Eastbourne fans and Tigers 'haters' will be purchasing the live stream at only £11.95 - see link Home | Glasgow Tigers Speedway You have to register and then follow the onscreen instructions. As a taster of the the action, here's two heats from the Grand Prix qualifier https://fb.watch/v/arjRfeFG9/ and https://fb.watch/v/1M7HJe1kT/

Redcar v Glasgow 13th June
SharpenRake replied to Yearbyred's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Firstly I wasn't there but interesting to read the comments and really glad that the meeting was exciting. Yet on updates a number of heats were described as ftg. This shows you don't need loads of passing in every race to have a good match. Two determined teams, fans from both sides, uncertainty and surprises they to me are what makes a good match plus of course some overtaking. Well done to both teams particularly Redcar. Sadly a few glasgow fans are being a wee bit negative on other websites. We were never going to go through the season unbeaten, speedway isn't the same as Scottish football. So if we were going to lose I'm glad it was to a decent team, on a decent track with a decent promoter. -

Well thankfully that was a bit easier than I thought. Still think Redcar are a good team and will be there or thereabouts come the playoffs. -

Tickets for this match are sold out according to the official web site however the good news is you can still purchase a streaming pass Events | Glasgow Tigers Speedway You have to register and once you have done that proceed to purchase - costs £11.95. For an example of stream quality and all Cookie haters see pinned post on this link (2) Glasgow Tigers Speedway | Facebook Redcar are a really good team so this will be a difficult one for the Tigers and could see the end of their undefeated run. Hope I'm wrong -
Your getting ahead of yourself, we don't race Redcar until Friday and that will be a difficult match particularly with your favourite rider at reserve for the Bears

Glasgow v Poole 4th June 2021. Championship.
SharpenRake replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Glad that Rory isn't badly hurt. Thought the streaming of the match went well, good production and nice to actually hear and understand the riders interviews, doesn't always happen over speedway PAs. Craig Cook's last to first against King and Worrall was superb. Hope it gets shown on the SpeedwayGB page. For Poole, Ben Cook looks to be a good prospect. Hope the promotion are getting good numbers buying a pass. Next week another difficult one with Redcar, including former Tigers Charles Wright and James Sarjeant, being a real threat. -

Glasgow v Poole 4th June 2021. Championship.
SharpenRake replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
The thing that makes it worse is that Glasgow is having its summer this week so the match won't be hampered by rain and cold unlike the Kent fixture. I reckon we would have had a bumper crowd so just hope all Poole fans follow Steve Shovlar's lead and buy a streaming pass. A bit worried by this one as they nearly beat Eastbourne despite their aussies finding it tough. I assume they'll be more at home with Ashfields sweeping bends plus their heat leaders have scored well in the past. -
Edinburgh v Redcar 28th May
SharpenRake replied to Al Stewart's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Sadly from reading a number of posts over the last few years on various forums, it is clear some speedway fans don't like to pay for anything that is 'televised'. They are always looking for a free service rather than pay for Sky, BT, Premier Sports, Eurosport, etc. This match was covered by the speedway updates site as are most matches. It is great when you can't get to your own track for some reason or for distant away matches. However this match was available thanks to the efforts of the Edinburgh promotion. The updater for the updates site purchased a pass to view the action and then posted detailed updates. It had 1000s of views none of which benefitted the clubs involved. Surely when a reasonably priced stream is available, fans from both teams and those with a casual interest should purchase a pass? -
Official Speedway GB web site has picked a cracking heat from this match - VIDEO: KING'S LYNN v WOLVERHAMPTON - British Speedway Official Website (speedwaygb.co.uk) well worth watching.

He also posted a positive tweet prior to the wolves meeting. To much being made of his tweet last week, so he admitted to being nervous, who wouldn't be, he won his last 3 rides for goodness sake.
