I don't get the need for the hostility on here. Imagine what riders/promoters must think if they look in on this site. I am new to it and find if very baffling myself.

I don't know a lot about any of the members on here, although I am enjoying chatting with some of you. However I joined as I was told this was a good place to keep up to date with speedway news and share opinions. I am really shocked by the nastiness to each other from people that are meant to be adults. If my sister tells me that she only has one account on here then I believe her unless you have proof otherwise!

Thanks for explaining that one lol. I have to agree that I think we have missed James this week. Even If he had only scored his average of 5 points, it would have still meant a win at Wolverhampton on Monday and a point yesterday at King's Lynn. So in fairness, they do make a good point.

I get so confused SCB with the rules most of the time anyway but this one has really got me. Birks is declared in their 1-7 yet it always says guest for Boxall who isn't (although hoping to be back for this) Who actually rides for them?

I get what you are saying but no rider goes out to lose. Low scores and bike problems must be just as frustrating for the riders. Keep the faith.

Brilliant result for Belle Vue. I think this week has been a turning point for them and they are now showing signs of what they are capable of. I did have my doubts when I noticed Zagar instead of Nicholls in heat 15 but he pulled it off. It was unlucky for Poole to lose Janowski again as he is their star rider. They seem to struggle a bit without him.

If Sarjeant isn't back for this meeting, I hope our management get on the phone asap to Stefan Nielsen or Ben Morley so we hopefully dont end up with tonight's situation again Steve Boxall has pulled out of tomorrow's PL fixture so he may also be a doubt for this meeting.

I honestly thought the score line would be a lot bigger tonight so good effort by the bees to keep it so close. if Robson hadn't stopped when on 5-1 thinking it was the last lap then score would have been 47-42 which would have meant a point but oh well. Does anybody who was there know why he thought it was lap 4, crazy. Congratulations on the win to King's Lynn. Sounds like NKI was back to his best.

I think predictions made at the start of the season often need to be taken with a pinch of salt. Nobody knows how the team are going to gel, the form of the riders or sadly the part injuries can play. I personally can't see Swindon or Wolves claiming the wooden spoon this year (Leicester maybe) Wolves have started the season really well. Before the start of the season I admit I predicted them as finishing 8th but I would be very surprised if that happened now. I think a lot of that is down to the brilliant form of PK. I think the Swindon team look really strong and still think they will be In the top 4 come the end of the season regardless of their current position in the table. They are the team I am least looking forward to facing at Brandon this season lol. Kylmakorpi has made a steady start to the season so far. Hope he has a good meeting but stays safe.

I'm a bit confused by it as well as I personally thought Joonas should have been in heat 15. His score would have also been more if Jason had got up when Joonas was leading in the heat. I think he has been one of the most consistent riders in our team so far this season. I'm so glad we made that early team change.

Firstly thanks to Connor Mountain for agreeing to guest when 14 other riders would not. He must realise what a big ask it is of him and yet still agreed and that deserves a lot of credit. I am disappointed that this situation has occurred again. Having to use a rider 26th on the draft is far from ideal, however I guess we are still in a better position than last year when we travelled to King's Lynn with 6pt PL guest as a No 1. With Morris recently struggling a little for form, tonight would have been a good chance to take advantage of that with Sarjeant. I hope Garrity doesn't let the pressure get to him again and over ride as it did cost us points on Monday and we are really going to need him tonight. Its a huge ask of the Coventry Bees tonight esp as this is always one of our hardest places to go to compared to some other tracks. I'm sure they will all try their best and that's what matters regardless of the score. I hope both teams have a safe (hopefully close) meeting.

Morning all. King's Lynn away is always one of the fixtures I feel least confident about. Gutted Sarjeant will be missing again. I agree that Clegg could be a good option. Will we ever go to King's Lynn with a full team. I hate to say it but I can only see a home win

I think you make a good point MFE. As I mentioned a bit earlier in this topic, I feel more like 3pts lost than a point gained. If we could get so close with James missing and poor nights for our top 3, imagine what we could have done if they had performed like they usually do. Personally with Kylmakorpi having just beaten PK and having a good night, I was really surprised he wasn't given heat 15. Not sure it would have made a lot of difference though. Does anybody know if Harris hurt himself at all in his crash?

A point is what I was expecting at the start of the meeting when we were without Sarjeant However as much as I am pleased we got something from this meeting and they took it all the way to heat 15, I can't help but be a bit disappointed. Points thrown away by Garrity and fall for king when it a point scoring position makes it feel more like points lost than a point gained. Just my opinion though. Great to see Dan Greenwood score in heat 12. Well done to Wolves on the win. Great meeting for PK & Lindgren.
