  1. Brennan was 17, he recorded a higher avg than drew before his injury
  2. When Gilles is back clouting out and to IOW to replace widman?
  3. I echo this. IOW are head and shoulders above the rest and I read somewhere that their crowds are up so they’re reaping what they sew - thoroughly deserved.
  4. Because Mattie Bates is absolutely clueless and spends more time writing rubbish on Facebook than actually doing a team managers job.
  5. So they can fit him in and still be under the limit?..
  6. Rtd to replace Halder & Woolley to fill in for ruddick?
  7. Also wood is great value for money but how many breakdowns does he have? Surely the IOW would have been better signing Bowtell I think I’ve seen him breakdown once maybe twice this season
  8. Smith hasn’t even got the slightest of patches on Brennan. You only have to see the race from Brennan to move Ayres out and Clegg through to know he meant business. Was shocked when they signed smith as his average was based purely on home form surely Knight or Bailey could have been tempted back or they could have dropped the number 2 for a very low 2.
  9. (What has he done I don’t know how long he’s out for)
  10. Would Hopwood fit as an injury replacement for Jenkins
  11. If ledwith average could increase enough bring in Bowtell - far better rider. Would appear young Len has built a team that can’t do the business once again. Congrats on the NT but they don’t stand a chance when Paul Bowen’s fit and replaces Woodhull at reserve.
  12. Congratulations to Kent on the victory. Finally silverware to the county...after Eastbourne move out of the league admittedly lol
  13. Why not jus thrip Zach and have 7.31 to play with?
  14. Just novelty factor crowds definitely lost about 400 from opening night losing at home doesn’t help. I’d say crowds started at 1400 now 1000
  15. One more big signing if they get rid of one of the 5ish point riders and bring in a 3rd heat leader makes the brummies a play off team for sure with Morris moving to reserve with stoneman
  16. If Morley and wood can go through the card and danno put in a strong performance with support from rtd and the reserves nicking a few points? With no Jenkins spooner Gilkes there is the slightest of hope?
  17. I spoke to the Dugard’s at Eastbourne last year when they added the ‘red shale’ which made the track much grippier. I remember they ordered a lorry load or there abouts £400. But to get it delivered from Edinburgh was £1500! Paid off though as the meetings were far better in the end with better racing.
  18. 30 points from 3 riders last night 10 from the other 4 in fairness Bowtell ended with a convincing win - is he not riding enough to get the first 3 races correct? Wood I don’t understand how he scores nl max nl max, best meeting to date at Eastbourne then 1 point. & Morley well Morley I’m afraid to say I think has had his day goodish home rider but not great away. Feel sorry for Newman just can’t get a break at the moment. Changes must be imminent when the points go up to 40 as I can’t see the top 4s increasing much with the bottom 3 all sitting around a 2.5 mark being under the limit for a shake up but who?
  19. In fairness to Zach he has had some nasty injuries in his career. He knows how to go fast we’ve seen him have plenty of speed on the longtrack he just needs confidence with the speedway. Berge & Bach to replace ulrich & Zach presumably? Failing that can they bring in Becker?
  20. In that case if Paco turns up I think the brummies will win by 19
  21. Depends what Paco turns up if it’s last weeks then brum to win by 16 as tac sub will bring back some points.
  22. It’s only taken a number of years but Kent have finally put on a show lol, now get the programme sorted.
