No chance will it be a last heat decider. Perks can't ride new tracks very well for the first time. Michael Neale will struggle with the pace. Williamson won't stand a chance against Owen. Greaves looped it 3 times last year. Clegg I think got a point there last year. Moggridge won't complete all his rides. Harris will have bike problems as per usual
