I love Danny as much as the next and every team needs one, I know he’s a late starter. But he really needs to kick on out of this league. I don’t think an age limit but I think a time limit on how long you can be in the nl? 3-4 season back to back maybe? 5 at max? As I think Danny started in 2013/14?

If they bring priest back and Extance (presuming priest gets a reduction) this could be a top of the table team...

Strictly speaking that isn’t all true. Riders like Kemp & Smith could well miss out on a team place - yes. The fact that drew will be in at Ipswich once he does 4 home and 4 away at Sheffield’s and has an average over 4.5 means he will have a team in both leagues because in fairness what will Drew gain out of riding in the national league next year anyway realistically other than turning up and taking home £400 a meeting for scoring 13+ purely from making good gates. Smith is never going to be a world beater and only has his high average due to his form round belle vue his away form is 2.88 points lower compared to people on or around his average such as Brennan, 1.73 points lower Thomas 1.48 lower and Flint 2.16 lower (and he spent most the season at reserve too). I do not agree entirely with the new points limit but I must admit the bspa have done a few good things: - new two pointers to make there a continuity within the rules between leagues. It will push the riders like spooner and brooks into the main body to give them that next step, it means there is not so much pressure on the newbies to try and score 3 points a meeting minimum to equal their worth. And it will push riders like campos, Hopwood and Coles (if they have teams out of the league and Into the league above.) Realisitcally this league has become to professional it needs to find the happy medium between when it was conference league and the last couple of years. And it will be just as successful The championship had to be watered down so that there was a divide between the premiership and championship rightly so there hast to be a gap between NL and championship otherwise the championship promoters can’t sell their product at a high admission price because the national league offers the same. Yes it will inflate everyone’s averages but it will also make the league fairer in the view that even stoke have put together a very strong team so far and they were scraping for bottom end come last season.

Anyone that says “British speedway is “sh*t” its run by “what a load of tw*ts” and that “we are so glad to be out of it” yeah brilliant advertisement for our sport. Last month he was glad to be out. Now he’s ready to be back in because it doesn’t cost him a penny to have a toy train set.

After what Jolly and his wife pit on Facebook about the bspa he shouldn’t be allowed to step into speedway stadiums let alone run them
-
Just wanted to get mine in early in case anyone stole me team lol
-
So you wouldn’t have Jason Edwards the 15/16 year old that scored the most bonus points in national league speedway in his first season of speedway? And you wouldn’t have wood who rides your track incredibly well? If so you’re moronic.
-
Swap wood with another and I think you have your team very solid team if Ablitt goes there too maybe len not being loyal to his riders might finally pay off afternoon however many years of no trophies apart from the pairs in 15
-
I take it back, I think you may have 3 correct in total then
-
The Thompson twins, possibly Halder or Ruddick but can’t see both going there
-
Id like to think that this would be a league winning team. 1. Ayres 8.90 (providing he gets a team place) 2. Dugard 3.35 (providing he gets a team place) 3. Edwards 6.70 (providing he gets a team) 4. Ledwith 3.50 Kent 5. Clegg 8.63 Cradley 6. Dan Gilkes 2.00 Kent 7. Palin 2.00 (unattached presuming he gets a team place)
-
I think you have 2 riders correct there time will tell
-
Chuck Extance in there and another reduced rider with now the inclusion of Alcock it’s not that long tailed!
-
Imagine if Gilkes was signed on for Kent under the impression that he could only ride on weekends, as his family couldn’t do werk day fixtures due to work, how embarrassing would that be now if he had to leave
-
Bridger won’t ride again have you seen the size of him he must weight 17 stone just in muscle!!
-
I agree with Ben, Shelby used to ride for Newport years ago he’s no better In this decade as he was back then sadly.
-
Tea boy I think you will only have 2 correct possibly 3.
-
The three men in charge last year maybe now just splitting the bills? Lol
-
Your guess was wrong
-
Is that with reductions to Morley Waj Bowtell and wood and ellis?
-
Think, next year you could have an under 17 team of Brennan Kemp Gilkes Edwards that’s how good the third tier and British youth system is we are now developing riders that are heat leaders at such a young age
-
Can’t see shuttleworth travelling from the Peak District each week
-
If I were IOW I think they could go with something like this taking into account they’re midweek and I don’t think they’d get many kids for school like Edwards and brooks. 1. Brennan 8.41 2. Verge 4.83 3. Campos 6.28 4. Walker 4.17 5. Hume / Stoneman 6. Bursill /Sealey 2.00 7. Wirtzfeld 2.00 under 36 and has potential to make the play offs I think.

If I recall the Dugard’s and bwd didn’t end in good terms after his sale to Somerset
-
Shame about scott would have been a great number 1
