  1. Another potential cracker , I think Bears have enough but would not be surprised is Scorpions get a point
  2. Did anyone notice that under his Poole hoodie that Havvy had a Boro shirt on with UTB on it ,,,,,,,,,,,,, UP THE BORO OR UP THE B***S
  3. Redcar did not make a gate until heat 11 , great meeting.
  4. This should be a belter, a lot depends on Charles getting out of the gate like he did at Belle Vue. Glad to see Ben Cook is fit after his last MPT visit. Mind I hope he rides like his brother this time !!! Not 100% that we can beat Poole as the RR we use is no always productive
  5. Very impressed with the number of Plymouth supporters attending @ Redcar today. Not a bad meeting considering The lack ot support for Plymouth’s top two but some great duels with them . Hope you all have a safe journey home
  6. Surely both must be the same as they are the same riders
  7. That is why Redcar promoter Ben Duffill is packing in because of the closed shop attitude. He has taken us from a wooden spoon candidate to a play off candidate, increased crowds & treats the attendees like adults
  8. First of all let me be clear , I DO NOT WANT NEWCASTLE TO CLOSE. I think Rob Grant is doing his very best & like our promotion at Redcar he is trying to bring Speedway into the 21st century . One of the things he is up against is the History at Newcastle of having excellent teams who with the assistance of a track that for many years has been a homer track has meant that they battered teams week in week out , We at Middlesbrough/ Redcar have suffered from that . What I am saying is that when Newcastle have a less than strong side the fans used to winning do not turn up . I will be there supporting Plymouth & Poole on Sunday but hoping my cash can help Newcastle survive. When you think of some of the No1 riders Newcastle hav had over the years from Mauger days they need to be saved. ,I really enjoyed the days when Teesside were div 2 & Newcastle in the British league , we used to attend both , Good luck Rob …
  9. I will make the effort to attend , we cannot afford to lose Newcastle.
  10. At the moment the only names I can see are Josh Bates or Ty Proctor coming home
  11. Well Howarth is twice the rider that Matt Wethers is , if it is Morris & Bowtell then I will save my petrol money
  12. Well even our guests get injured ,, hope the lad is ok , I can’t see Redcar getting anything at Newcastle , where are we going to get 3 guests who ride Newcastle well even with the refurbished track,
  13. Lost count of the number of falls that Charles has had this season,
  14. Schlien is good but not as good as Riss around Redcar , Neilson is a definite upgrade on Grauber. Big danger to us is Castagna who flys at Redcar. Don’t know who we have for Rowe
  15. This is not going to be easy with injuries added to the RR
  16. Kennet always goes well at Redcar , hope his bad run lasts 1 more match !,,
  17. This should be a cracker , Redcar need to get more points from RR as it is hurting us. First league match where the reserves for the away team do not have a better reserve as a guest than their own rider
  18. He may have a British passport but where was he born & where does he reside ?
  19. Who is Glasgow’s British rising star now ? Must be their only Brit Craig Cook
  20. We need at the very least to raise a don’t go petition for Jitendra to stay , This also needs to go to the BSPA for them to keep him on as a SPEEDWAY PROMOTER to bring the sport into a modern era . It needs to go to Twitter too . I don’t know how to do it !!!!
  21. The whole guests thing is spoiling the sport , Edinburgh did the same when they were here , I suppose we would as well but guests for anyone apart from no 1 does not sit right Imo
  22. I lost the signal after heat 10 , disappointing.
