It is chance for new speedway track in Poland. The new track can be built in Krotoszyn (30.000 population). There speedway team in '50. The name ot that team was Gwardia. Now there is plebiscite what want residents. Everyone can click on "tor żużlowy" (tor zuzlowy=speedway track) five times per day.
