  1. Bugger!!!! No Rollin Rohan or Creeping Cook for me tonight , my twin girls have just reminded me that it's there end of year assembly tonight at 7 pm till 7.45pm .
  2. Maybe we could get it played every time Rollin Rohan wins a race , i'm sure the away supporters would love it !
  3. Rollin Rohan vs Creeping Cook see who moves the most at the tapes !
  4. Why would i be getting smug ?? Its got nothing to do with it . Just stating that with the team Edinburgh are sending down it would have given the Witches a chance to maybe build a lead as we all know they will need it when they ride at Edinburgh as we always seem to lose by 15-20 points . With only 3 points for a home win it don't matter if we only win but 1 point and your lot got points as well as your so far ahead on the league table your position is irrelevant to us . The Witches are fighting the teams around them for 6th or 5th place . But with the Witches home performances at time leaving alot to be desired there is no guarantee that we will win .
  5. Shame this aint the LC semi as think the Witches have a chance of a putting an under strength Edinburgh under the cosh tonight . 1. Danny King © 9.57, 2. Cameron Heeps 6.24, 3. Gino Manzares 5.70, 4. Rohan Tungate 7.08, 5. Nico Covatti 6.68, 6. Stefan Nielsen 4.17, 7. Ashley Morris 4.00 1. Richie Worrall (G), 2. Justin Sedgmen 7.73, 3. Kevin Wolbert 7.96, 4. Erik Riss 4.50, 5. Craig Cook © 9.17, 6. Max Clegg 3.10, 7. Dan Greenwood (G)
  6. Draw for the four's been made GROUP A Edinburgh Workington Ipswich Peterborough GROUP B Somerset Glasgow Rye House Newcastle
  7. GROUP A Edinburgh Workington Ipswich Peterborough GROUP B Somerset Glasgow Rye House Newcastle
  8. With the crowd that was there few weeks ago why would they try and move it . No race track in this country would be able to accommodate that sort of crowd levels . Attended my 1st Cardiff GP this year and loved all of it ok bit of a trek but the end result was well worth it , may it long continue to be held in Cardiff . Next years tickets and Hotel (bargain only 10mins walk from stadium and cheap ) already booked can't wait .
  9. Ok quote me if i'm wrong but sure i read somewhere that the lease or promotion for the Cardiff event was only contracted till 2016 at Cardiff. Would this mean a move away from Cardiff after next years event ?
  10. So how does the qualifying for this event work ? Is it just the top 8 teams ?
  11. Oh think Mr Louis might need to see the bank for a loan if this keeps up !
  12. Well these are the last two he won back home in USA AMA Long Track US National Champion (2013) Western State Champion (2013)
  13. Both reserves away on the same night possibly that not good .
  14. Can/ should manage 9+ at home every meeting just going to be the away ones that could cause a problem . Hopefully now he has moved away from number 2 it should help him as he won't have Danny King blasting from the tapes and gone .
  15. Could be a good evening for Gino to try and get his average up a little with a big score . Looking like a very one sided contest as it stands
  16. Ok Shads think you could be right about this one being a 20+ , i take it your not planning on visiting Foxhall for this one then ?
  17. Your prob right with you knowledge SCB of all things speedway , only took the info from the Rye house site
  18. Found this on Ryehouse website Rye House team: Adam Ellis (guest), Daniel Greenwood, Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen, Edward Kennett (captain), Danny Maassen, Rider-Replacement, Bradley Wilson-Dean (guest) Ipswich team: Nico Covatti, Cameron Heeps, Danny King (captain), Gino Manzares, Ashley Morris, Stefan Nielsen, Rohan Tungate Anders Mellgren and Robin Aspegren both missing for the Rockets due to Swedish league duties , Kasper Lykke still out with a broken collarbone. R/R also in use Rockets bring in Adam Ellis who we all know at Ipswich and Bradley Wilson-Dean will be interesting to see how they both go , Will Ellis have a point to prove after his services were not wanted for this season at Ipswich . Wilson Dean talked alot about in the National league lets see how he fares in the step up . Danny Maassen also 1st time at foxhall i believe , this could end up being a bad night for the Rockets now that i have seen the teams
  19. Weather looking good for this one but we all know things can change over the next few days . Hopefully The witches will build on last weeks home win over the Plymouth Devils and collect all 3 points , must win every home match left i think now and pick up a few points away from home to stand a chance of making the play offs . Going for a home win by 10+
  20. Well done Danny and Rohan on winning the pairs . Hopefully this will be the spark that ignites our season .
  21. Nico been making an average 1st half of the season very entertaining. I love watching his all effort back wheel in the dirt style . Please Nico more of the same for the rest of the season .
  22. you ain't wrong there . Decided against the pairs tonight m5 nightmare only 23 miles from where we are staying in Portishead but traffic bumper to bumper .
  23. Good win for the Witches more workman like than spectacular i'd say . Well apart from a couple of passes from Danny and Nico . Welcome to Ashley good solid points from our new number 7 couldn't have asked for anything more from him tonight . Ok please quote me if I am wrong here but thought the Ref was a little too quick at times with his Red light at the start. Might have been looking at different races to me but didn't think there was much wrong with a lot of the starts he pulled back
