  1. Wi he's chances gone down the pan . Tungate been banned for 21 days starting tomorrow for the incident last friday at Scunthorpe
  2. Really at this late stage , nothing against Connor but surely he is going to be way out of depth here . Levels is up i'd say swings alot more towards Glasgow Hopefully , 1 of them maybe but both don't think we'll be that lucky
  3. Please after all the finger pointing and arguments on this thread and the Scunthorpe match from last Friday actual racing seems to have taken a back seat. Lets hope for a cracking meeting tonight scores swinging back and forth , plenty of passing ,hard fast but fair racing and of course the Witches to nick all 3 points with a last heat decider is that too much to ask ?
  4. Ha ha nice try baldyman , i've got my twin girls coming with me but thinks its only to get chips and ice cream out of me . They don't like watching it on the TV but enjoy it live . Will say thou that they think it smells funny !
  5. Somerset do look strong but think Glasgow and hopefully Ipswich have a chance as well .
  6. Don't forget this week sees the start of 'Kids Go Free' for the summer holidays - this applies to all 6-15 year olds and runs until Saturday 5th September.
  7. Ok teams might have already been posted before but just incase people have missed it took this off Witches website Ipswich 'Sackers' Witches 1. Danny King © 9.57, 2. Cameron Heeps 6.24, 3. Gino Manzares 5.70, 4. Rohan Tungate 7.08, 5. Nico Covatti 6.68, 6. Stefan Nielsen 4.17, 7. Ashley Morris 4.00 Team Manager: Phil Hilton Glasgow 'Allied Vehicles' Tigers 1. Nick Morris 8.50, 2. James Sarjeant 5.93, 3. Aaron Summers 7.20, 4. R/R (David Howe 7.33), 5. Richard Lawson 8.33, 6. Rafal Konopka (G) 3.95, 7. Adam Ellis (G) 4.81 Team Manager: Stewart Dickson
  8. Change of seat change of luck ? Yes Heeps does need to bring more to the table ok only back from injury recently but needs to push on now . Seems to tire very quickly as the meeting goes on . As for Rohan yer good call i think who ever said it put him back at 5 now he seems to have got his confidence back ,against Edinburgh last week in my eyes he put alot more effort into his races than he has shown all season at home and he looked quicker and more up for it .
  9. Well if he stays on his bike instead of visiting the 4th bend safety fence like he seems to do at least once a meeting at foxhall in recent times he has been back then he may well score a few more
  10. Ellis with a point to prove ? He already had that chance when guesting for Rye House and was rather woeful . Can see Glasgow getting a point here and the Witches scrapping a win but it will be close down to the last couple of heats .
  11. Sorry to hear that panthers you lot really aint having alot of luck this year but have to give credit your still doing very well in the league .
  12. Gino back this Thursday against Glasgow according to Mr Louis in the paper today
  13. Looks like some teams are being confirmed Edinburgh: Craig Cook, Kevin Wolbert, Justin Sedgmen, Erik Riss. Workington: Rene Bach, Rusty Harrison, Kyle Howarth, Ricky Wells. Somerset: Josh Grajczonek, Brady Kurtz, Richie Worrall, Charles Wright. Glasgow: Nick Morris, James Sarjeant, Aaron Summers, Richard Lawson. Newcastle: Steve Worrall, Ludvig Lindgren, Lewis Kerr, Anton Rosen. We are still awaiting official confirmation from Ipswich, Peterborough and Rye House.
  14. Anyone heard how Gino is after his fall Thursday?
  15. Ok neckbrace just quoting what you said here the ref was filling in his programme and didn't see the incident ok if that's the case how could he then go and act on it and go to the pits and issue a fine to Tungate if he didn't see what happened ?
  16. No reports he has been thrown out. Seems there is a protest by scuthrope promoter and some fans . All happening tonight
  17. If as the reports coming through are true then surely Tungate is due a fine and a ban . This could wreak the witches season
  18. Well got here just on time to see Creeping Cook cross the line and a new track record
  19. Ok apart from ipswich winning the pairs if it worth buying the dvd of the meeting ?
  20. That's what I told them and of all the matches it falls on as well. Why couldn't it have been last week against Rye House . No offence to any Rye house supporter's but that was a rather weak team that turned up with all the guests .
