Ah so they are sorting the lighting problem at foxhall in making the riders wear Luminous Suits . I do like them just a shame they weren't all the same colour yellow. Well all the English boys are in the luminous ones and the rest of the team from abroad are in the yellow , Someone got the wrong colour or is that a statement by the club ?

Who's going to win mmmmm not got a clue think this coming season is wide open in my option , So many teams that have an IF or a MAYBE about them on one or in some cases two of there riders. In past seasons there seems to be one or two teams that are way ahead of everyone else and are clear from the word go at the top of the league but think this season could be different its wide open i think. You could make a good point for most teams to have a good shot at it this season and that can only be good for the premier league . It's a very mixed bag this coming season with no one team standing our from the crowd. As for my team Ipswich well yes it would be nice to win some silverware who wouldn't but like i have said they have their IF's so i'll take a play off place come September but that's the hope of every team.

Don't really pay much attention to the music being played , only time i do notice it is when i take my girls who are 11 and they comment on it saying how old it is . New Entertainment anyone got any clues or rumors about it they may have heard .

Ha Ha surprised it took as long as it did for some one across the border to mention this . The shame of how football is run these days , clubs gamble to reach the promised land of the premiership and its riches . Two names really to blame Keane and Jewell . Local papers report matter is settled but still not a good image for the club. What speedway wouldn't give to only be allowed to dream of the amount of money that's changing hands these days , a tiny fraction of the TV money the Premiership get would set Speedway in this country up for years . Yes coverage of the top leagues in this country is fantastic for your arm chair fans but in my eyes money has corrupted the game you only got to take a look a what is going on with FIFA. Come on HKP you know the 1st few meetings of the season we will all be freezing our butt's off , but that's a small price to pay with the return of the sport . Three weeks tomorrow its tapes up at Foxhall and that can't come quick enough ! Those two colour's should not even be spoke about in the same sentence !

Slated don't think so , frustrating is more of a word I would use with Tungate. He's got talent said that before its if he decides to use it is the question at hand.

At the end of the 2014 season he was flying , had moved on to become the Witches No1 and as pointed out by previous posts had increased his average with each season . Last season started slowly had an enforced break for matters that have now been put to bed and never really got going after that . At no point of the season please quote me if i'm wrong did he ever look like the rider who finished 2014 in my eyes. Maybe having King at No1 effected him as he was no where near him all season . And with the rise of Covatti last season from reserve to 2nd heat leader some of the lime light was taken away from Tungate . Does seem to be in his head get him in the right frame of mind and yes worth a punt . Frustrated as i was last season with Tungate at times but i hope he does well and pushes on for you . With Talk that the EL will be moving to a fixed race night maybe a Thursday the Witches may have to go back to EL as Thursday is their regular day for meetings and they may need to recall Tungate in the future .

100 % trier you say well its a shame the Witches didn't see more of that trier attitude last season . At times if he didn't make the gate he was not interested. Talented yes agree with people on that front but at times just don't seem interested. Can be very fast at times but last season seemed to hit a wall as far as improvement was concerned and as such his average dropped from 8.36 to 7.74 . Change of clubs and track may help him regain his form .

Worth the admission money alone . How many times did we see that last season at foxhall. Plenty more please Nico for the coming season

Nice meeting to open your season . Prob get hammered yer think your right there i think the Aces will do very well this year if they get up to speed on there new home track . We ll its nice to see you giving Cook another chance to lower his own track record .

You planning on visiting the Showground on the Bank Holiday Monday Baldyman ?

Not so much more lighting it's angling the lights so they are shining onto the track and not as they currently are lighting up the stock car track

Well its now 43 days till the new season kicks off at Foxhall for the Witches , does any one know if the stadium owners have done anymore work to the stadium over the winter months ? New PA system would be great might even be able to understand what they are saying but not holding my breath .

Won't make much difference they would still throw it away in the final

Hopefully there will be a good following for the Witches that day providing we don't have the normal bank holiday weather pissing it down with rain . If Danny is selected to be riding for GB at the World Cup final at Bell Vue when would the club have to release him to ride . Witches have Plymouth at home Thursday July 28th 2 days before the meeting on Saturday 30th July . Shouldn't be a problem ?

Hopefully they will fill it with something otherwise its an over two week wait for the next home meeting in Sheffield on Sat 2nd April , Glad we got rid of the Good Friday meeting ok was good for money side but never enjoyed the meetings . Easter Bank holiday away at the Showground looks like the 1st away meeting for me .

At least we have a team sorted . Ain't you still looking for one more rider or are you hoping to use R/R or a guest when the season starts .

The pass he did on the outside in his previous heat that day we saw every week at foxhall . Was a joy to watch last season.

Nice idea but what happens if a rider lets say Danny King for example , and the Draw is Ipswich vs Coventry . Who gets his services for the meeting ?
