Did she even bother to turn up this season ?

Confident , only once have we been confident this season when Redcar came to Foxhall .

Well you know Kennett wont get beaten around Foxhall , forgotten the last time an Ipswich rider got the better of Kennett at Foxhall or Hoddesdon for that matter .

He's been an unused No8 for a few visiting teams now at Foxhall this season . Has done well this season at Mildenhall seen him a couple of times and looks to be heading in the right direction , if someone was willing to take a gamble think he could do a job cant be any worse than the No7 reserves we've had at Ipswich this season .

About right , just looked back over the fixtures not good really too much of a gap We rode Thurs 19th May then Sat 4th June and then Thurs 9th June . Ok we lost Newc 23rd june to the weather and the next home meeting is Thurs 7th July . So from the Thurs 19th May to next Thurs 7th July is 7 weeks and we only had 4 planned home meetings and one of them was not our normal race night as it was a Sat meeting , you can see why people are not happy what ever happened to Thursday Night it must be speedway at Foxhall ?

We've all got to be bonkers to turn up every week ( when we actually have a meeting )

And that is with one of their reserves struggling right now with the step up from the NL. Did think when i first saw the team that Somerset had put together a very strong side. they are now starting to fire and sending out warnings to all teams .

With the history of last years meeting still not forgotten think the Scorpions will be really up for this one . Team changes have made the Witches stronger and can see the boys getting a win (Bloody hope So ). King still looking up and down this season depends which Danny turns up .

So with Jacobs coming in now is this seen as giving him track time getting him ready for being one of our EDR riders for next year ?

A shame for Paco think the fans warmed to him just a shame his glimpses of promise didn't come round much. Not knocking him for effort that was always there but the results just didn't come his way. So it's hello to Joe Jacobs, welcome to the Witches .

Well a win is a win well done to the team last night . As many have said reserves a big worry but let's hope the team enjoyed the win last night and it gives them some confidence for the rest of the season.

Got to think that Stefan Nielsen will have the measure of our reserves , saying grace could be no Newman for them . Does that make them weaker using RR ?

You planning on going on the 3rd ? Ah just noticed if they beat Iceland England will be playing on that night at 8pm Baldy . Tempted Scotsman but got partners kids birthday this weekend , gonna have a house full of teenagers . Perfect excuse to escape but think i better stay and help my lovely lady out lol

Thought about trying to get a speedway fix at Mildenhall but there next home meeting aint till 17th July

So with tonight home meeting against Newcastle being called off Witches fans will have to wait another 2 weeks before they ride at home against Rye House on July 7th , a gap of 4 weeks without a home meeting. Looking ahead and forgiveness please for mentioning the word FOOTBALL on this forum if things could pan out in the Euro 2016 if England were to win agaianst Iceland on Monday 27th they would then face the winner of France vs Ireland in the Quarter Finals . Win that game and they would be through to the Semi Finals and would be played on July 7th 8pm , If they got there and we are taking a big IF this would surely have a big impact on the crowd levels for that meeting

Right now taps with all that rain we've just had over night and in fact still chucking it down as I write this building an Ark looks a very good idea . If this continues coming down at its current rate must surely put tonight meeting in jeopardy . What's Foxhall like for drainage ?

It really is a bit of a farce that a British citizen is not allowed to race in a so called lesser league ( not my words ) in his home country . All British riders should be allowed to double up / down and be able to ride in the EL and the PL as long has they don't sign for two clubs that run on the same night . As long as PL teams can accommodate a British rider from the EL on the correct average why not , more racing for the riders maybe 2-3 meetings a week for some and maybe they might not need to go chasing abroad to earn their money . Just my views on the subject

Temp should be about 15'C - 14'C come tapes up if we can read into what the met office says .
