  1. yep and this one But, only if 16.5.1 A Team may utilise a "Facility" to cover the absence of a Rider(s) who: A is on FIM World Speedway Championship duty. B is engaged elsewhere at a BSPA shared or fee Meeting. C is recalled by his own FMN in accordance with the FIM ISLB Regulations. D has been injured whilst speedway racing, Within 48 hours of the injury occurring, if no evidence is available, a Medical Certificate must be sent to the SCB; failure to do so will result in the mandatory suspension of the Rider’s SCB Registration for the next home fixture. NB. The BSPA MC cannot overrule the suspension. E is sick or carrying a non-speedway injury for which a Medical Certificate must be supplied to the SCB within 48 hours of the sickness / injury occurring in which case the Rider may only return within 7 days (including his Team’s next home Meeting) with the express permission of the MC. However failure to provide a Certificate will nevertheless result in the mandatory suspension of the Rider’s SCB Registration for the next home fixture. NB. The BSPA MC cannot overrule the suspension. F has been suspended by the FIM, ACU, SCB or Rider’s FMN. G is in dispute with his Club, provided that the circumstances have been accepted by the MC, who will determine the Facility and period of the Rider’s inactivity. H is on FIM Longtrack Championship duty (for the day of the Meeting only; no facility is permitted for practice day). I being a PL Rider whose own FMN does not have a current Agreement with the BSPA and is competing in another National League or Open Meeting. This will result in the Rider’s SCB Registration being suspended for 1 (one) season and the Team will be automatically granted a facility for a maximum period of 28 days, after which they must re-declare. J is awaiting medical clearance from the Riders FMN. K is absent for any other reason (applicable to the NL only)
  2. from my understanding of the rule we are allowed a quest for an assessed no1 because. he was away on an official fim world speedway championship and or recalled by his own federation, which he was on friday and saturday
  3. dont you think if nicolai wasnt allowed to ride then both promotions of berwck and plymouth would of lodged a complaint? they had plenty of time to query it
  4. maybe scunny could use him to replace ryan ?
  5. every insurance will tell you each quote is different for diferent individuals, just because one person can get it for £192 dosent mean the exact same person will get it at that my insurance is about £400 a year, im 52, drive a 3 series diesel bmw and thats just about the cheapest qoute i can get, even with rias or saga, yes it can be a bit cheaper but thats if i just have insurance and nothing else like no credit costs, claims discount protection, and i have 10 yrs no claims. in my opinion and experience i wouldnt touch " 1 years free insurance" as i lost all my no claims going with it. i too bought a brand new car with the free insurance in about 2004 . think it was fords own insurance and when i renewed the certificate said i had 1 years no claims so my premium was sky high,i shopped around but was told because i had gome that route i did have only 1 years no claims, in theory i should have 23,ish years but i only have 10 as i built it back up.
  6. someone i know travels from llandudo to bury then to scunny every week, not because he has to, because he wants to, thats some dedication
  7. Hope weather forecast is wrong as bbc issued a weather warning and rain all day, accuweather had rain down for 4 hours, i think if it goes ahead scunny will be too strong this time for the bears, especially with alex at reserve, the new signings are having a spin thursday i believe? maybe the outsider could think of a theme tune for andreas if he starts winning races?
  8. i know buster helped rob in finding zdenek but how do kings lynn own him?didnt think he rode over here before
  9. think andreas will get an army of female fans if he walks around with his top off
  10. not meant to be until monday kev, but we now know its a dane called Andreas Lyager
  11. wager? noo because i think we will run,it was my little attempt at being sarcastic i suppose, i didnt like being told i dont support the club when someone dosent know me or waht i do when im there
  12. by my reckoning 20 people stood at gates before cark park guy arrived, say half came in pairs in cars, so ten people didnt pay for parking, whats that ? £10 lost, i saw 3 people give him a quid as he walked up so £7 lost... no wonder we maynot run next year
  13. gates open about 6 .15pm when the girls and cark park guy get there, im one of those who get there just afer 6pm and wait for the gates to open, i believe if the gates opened at 5pm those same people would still be stood there, also there is plenty of time to get food and drink in that hour and a quarter to buy food did any one else notice the doll on the back of josh bates bike on the parade
  14. sorry. i thought the idea was for alex to be reserve to help him gain his average. was just about to ask if he was reserve or not , so he will still be in the main team on friday then drop when we get a new rider?
  15. thats how i got too bez, just leaves the mystery of the next signing,
  16. sorry my bad, should of looked at averages, and for some reason thought it was a nl quest for a reserve
  17. hoping alex davies is the trump card at reserve as nike dosent seem to like sheffield, but if sheffield have to use a nl quest for josh then you have to think nike is a lot better than them not sure how holoub will perform on a track he s never seen, just hope its a good safe meeting
  18. not long now to check who it is also the "high noon" bit puzzles me, why not put noon?
  19. Are these 2 signings just for the season or in plans for next year?
