  1. Great. Thank you. Just need someone who knows where it is and we'll be there.
  2. That's the problem really. Neither of us enjoyed watching from inside last season. It takes alot of the atmosphere out. We were told by the staff to try the 3rd and 4th bend, which as you say has steps !!! If the crowds are anything like what the promotion want for this coming season, then that will rule the home straight out too. Seems strange that there isn't a designated area outside.
  3. I know my dad would love to go to Owlerton this season. Unfortunately he now relies on a wheelchair. I contacted the club last season to ask about disabled viewing areas but the information we received was not very helpful and the only suitable area appeared to be inside in the Panorama Bar. Does anyone know if there is any area outside which is designated for wheelchair users ? TIA
  4. How many points are left to play with anyone?
  5. Sorry. An error on my part.It was supposed to say pillock.
  6. And someone said that some people talk nothing but crap. I'm sure we can all agree on that eh mate?
  7. Glad to have him back at Sheffield. Come on Batesey. You show em kid.
  8. All it says in The Star is "And Bates has hinted he could be the first of several new signings arriving at the club this winter with Jason Garrity heading for the exit door ".The actual article does not include any direct quote from Damien Bates to back up this statement. So there's hope yet. I hope....
  9. I think it would be a mistake not to include Jason Garrity in next season's team. Like most people , I don't know what did and what didn't happen regarding fallouts etc, but you don't discard your best riders.
  10. I think that everyone will agree that the track needs improvement. It was pass poor last season.😉
  11. The problem is that employing lower order riders is not going to improve crowds.Quite the opposite. And at next year's AGM they'll be looking to reduce costs again because crowd levels will have dropped further.
  12. The AGM definitely looks to have improved the prospects of the Elite (Premiership?) League. I'm sure Sky will be happy. However, I can't say the same for the former Premier League.I don't understand how dropping the points limit to 40 will improve the product.
  13. Why would we replace a talented rider like Jason? Worry about your own team instead of trying to stir it on here.
