Glad the gent is ok, the guy did not look too clever laid on the floor. Anyway your original post gave no clue that you knew him so to me read you was mocking the guy or using the guys problem to mock the track. No big issue Not really sure how to respond to the real world comment, the know who you are comment, Or keeping my eyes and ears open either lol. Guessing I should know you then, care to offer any clues

Bit rubbishty using a potentially seriously injured fan in a sentence that ends lol. Just my opinion of course.

Don't get the moaning, 12 clubs voted as a majority, done.
-
That's not entirely true, pretty sure he had ridden training sessions at Iwade.

Tbf it's rare to lose heats but it has happened twice out of 3 visits from cradley. The only meeting to get completed was the one on a bank holiday Monday in our first season

No thank you

Whilst some will see Mason as a backwards step his presence in the pits is invaluable! And he has gone through spells of being unbeatable at home, and effectively in a second string berth so pressure is off.

That would be nearly double what it was before! !! That would be nearly double what it was before! !! -
Seeing Comments by riders you gotta feel it will be Bowen Mason Verge.

That's why I feel it's a must to run him at reserve. Takes the pressure off him to settle back in but also will be massive for Jack Thomas to have a strong partner all season. If Danno is back next term who is to say it's not as number 8.

Gonna try avoiding predictions especially until we know all Line ups. But last season I confidently predicted kent would finish above Eastbourne and look what happened.... lol But I do feel that cradley look the team with best average building potential. If jack and Luke fire the way they can then Cradley will be the team to beat.

Wimbledon Stadium: Some Important News
teaboy279 replied to Parsloes 1928 nearly's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Are you serious? Have you ever been to a stock car meeting? The only reason attendances have fallen at Wimbledon is that the only part of the stadium is what was the old back straight. Meeting on 31st of January looks very much like it will be all ticket. -
Tbf that's a league winning team in my eyes. With 2 proper number ones. And Chessell and Kingston both on averages a lot lower then they are capable of. Basford will score ok too.

There is no one left between Hume 3.79 And Burnett 4.46 as far as I can tell.

Andrews was one of the revelations of 2015 so would be pretty shocked if Eastbourne have not resigned him. If he is available he would Deffo be welcomed over the boarder in Kent.

Got to agree with Waco. Some of the ref decisions are bonkers and that is in all 3 leagues and international. My old man was really interested in being a ref as an ex rider he feels he will understand situations better. But we had no response to emails from either the BSPA or the SCB. Whilst he would like to ref still how on earth do new refs apply officially? Not sure how it works but as a qualified football ref I know that both sides rate the ref after the game and even at grass roots level referees are assessed by senior refs on a random basis. How are Speedway refs graded. Obviously crashes depending on the angle of view are contentious decisions (look at gp's when multiple replays are available, even after 8 angles the decision is still 50/50) It's enforcing other rules where the situation is more frustrating. Some meetings riders get 3 or 4 warnings to stay still during the meeting, others I believe rightly send people back 15 on their 2nd offence. One that sticks in the mind this year was a 5 lap race at kent where Ben Morley broke down on lap 5 and had to push 3/4 of a lap for a point. Everyone accepted that it was a 5 lapper and the race should be re run (or the result after 4 laps being declared) except the ref.

Can't see how you can strip assets unless a club goes defunct?

Peter shroek, (excuse spelling) joins the management team.
-
Think there was some confusion but other clubs have non 3 point reserves in their line ups.
-
Why not possible, there is no rule about having to have two 3 pointers in the team, I believe there used to be a rule but that no longer exists.

Just to clarify I would be more then happy to see another entertainer like Marc in our side, I know some other fans took exception to him last term.I have been made aware my post has offended Marc Owen and I have offered my apologies as none was intended. Think anyone who stands with me will testify I always stay behind to cheer the winning team home or away side and I consider everyone who rides a bike as a hero. Having had every opportunity to race when I was younger being brought up in a speedway family, after dropping the clutch once on a junior grass track bike I suffered serious "valve" issues. So I have respect for anyone who races. Moving on, last night I started to compile a list of available riders and their starting averages to work out who I would sign. Blimey it's pretty tricky when you take into account all the riders who have taken time out, riders who were unattached last year and riders from the premier looking to step back down. Will have a go again tonight once little Un has gone to bed.

Don't want another 3 pointer, and tbf after the hand signals Marc Owen gave kent fans on more then one occasion this year I can't see him being popular with the faithful. Ritchings would certainly do a job. Think he has peaked somewhat but could certainly hold his own at 3 or 5.
