Ellis Perks seemed to be going round ok yesterday, with dust coming off the wheels! Have Eastbourne got many spare dates or could this end up being a double header later in the year?

I have just gone through Heat by Heat, including a 15 point max for Ellis I predict a score of 40-50 and 4 league points to kent. Putting us right back in our place, top I would not get too excited about that, as the track was very wet, Cockle and Coles fell and Harvey Banks (not overly quick normaly) was "taking it steady at the back".All that said a win is a win is a win and can only do his confidence the world of good.

Away win by 8-10 for me.

UK Martin it does not change the fact that Buxton did everything correctly and all was ratified and put on the BSPA website in the declared Line Up. I have no affiliation with the Hitmen but in this instance they have been shafted royally. Got to feel go a club that only exists to develop riders and certainly does not have a win at all costs attitude. Infact I am shocked that anyone that knows Speedway is handing any blame to the club typical BSPA I am afraid.

I see on the updates that an announcement will be made shortly about Mudgeway's absence tonight. Potentially interested news I got the impression.

I can't see how it can be changed with sportsmanship in mind, otherwise teams can go top heavy in declarations then each week one of the sides bottom 3 can be missing for a meeting and a 2nd string gets one of his rides as rr.

I thought the only flexibility is changing around your 2,3,4,and 5 positions. That said they could get a Parkinson-Blackburn or smith as a 3 point guest or does it need to be a rider not declared in a teams 1-7?

Do think with a lower rider at 2 the eagles risk being very top heavy like Rye House. Makes an already strong league, stronger. Don't really wanna read Ellis getting knocked over money. If he has been offered good money why shouldn't he do it. May be blindingly good for his long term career earning easy money to invest in equipment and infrastructure.

How much they got left to replace Andrews? Also do these changes affect Saturday nights meeting? If they have had to un-declare Andrews can they have RR for a non existent rider?

I think this could be far more tighter then expected. With No Ayres and a track that Shanes by his own admission can't ride, a lot of pressure on Mason Baseby and Clifton in the engine room.

Funny how we have been screwed with the same rule 2 years running.

Did not think you could get a guest rider at number 1, until after he had ridden a meeting? Or has that rule been scrapped now?
