I'd like to say a big thank you to Ged n Trev for helping to keep our club stay alive. I'll pledge my support further by getting a season ticket..if they get the details out before xmas they can cash in on that while the feelgood factor is there and let's hope we got a good team to support..I'd like to see it built around fish,Ulrich and blackie.

If its realy that cut and dry why not offer 250 tickets for the first match at £20 each now? because there are definately 250 die hards who would pay it including myself.

Doubt it when we don't even know if we're running yet!

I cannot believe all the rubbish written on here regarding who has put in what..at the end of the day they are trying to save our club and I don't see no one else stepping in so why all this rubbish?..why not show some support and be positive?..what will you moan about if you have no club to moan about?

I would say to Ged not to get too disheartened because as always it's only the minority that are moaning..everyone who I know has full support of what thwy are doing.

I disagree, didnt think he sounded disheartened at all..I think he sounded positive...and I realy cant see after all this that we wont be running.

Like I've said before..if its announced we are racing then I'm sure lots more money would come in.

So when will we find out if we are still running then?..surely they must know by now with 3days until the AGM.

The thing is once we know we are racing on and what the team is then that's when we are gonna see the funds rolling in...for instance I will pay £300 for a season ticket which I've never done..to do my bit..and the same will be for sponsorship.I think £20000 will come in easy when we know what the score is which should see us OK right?..so I think Ged and trev will have to take a calculated risk banking that once that risk has been taken that the funds will roll in. Let's just declare and get a decent commercial manager onboard(mb) and see where it takes us. But I think team building will be paramount this year because let's be honest who wants to see mid table mediocracy and not ambition. To get the ball rolling how about a showcase signing at no1 to get media interest like when we signed Niki pedersen because you have to speculate to acumilate right....though to be honest I'd be happy with fish,Ulrich and blackie.

Do we want to be Kings Lynns feeder club?No thanks..If we are to continue racing Stick with Ulrich,Fish and Blacky who are all racers and build the team around them.

I'd be happy to see 2local lads blacky and wilko in the team alongside ully and the fish.. 4 out n out racers right there...I remember wilko having a stormer guesting for ippo a while back in the elite at the showground.

I'll think he's a star if he chucks 40grand in!

As he stated he reads this I want to personaly thank Mr Rathbone who lives miles up in the north east to make the effort to do what he's doing and also Trevor Swales who has his critics on here but say what you want about him..he's Panthers through and through and does the lot. Alot of points were being brought up about the state of british speedway in general which is beyond their control and some other negative stuff which like lack of ice creams at the fours!..which was embarrassing.. and I hope they know that that they are not the thoughts of the majority. What was the Phil Wing questions all about?..does he want to help out?...anyway there was no shortage of ideas and questions and a great turnout...the best question of the night though was "who's in the team apart from Ully and Wilko?!" I was too shy to speak up but one thing I would have suggested is permanent Billboards in the city centre and some form of discounted family tickets (like £20-£25 for 2adults and a child) or discount family season tickets for the 3-400 die hards..specialy now it looks like we are gonna race on a friday which is great news..and off the back of that more stuff to get the kids wanting to go like mascots and autograph sessions because the one thing that stood out for me lastnight was the shortage of youngsters in attendance. Also more corporate stuff for company nights out..I know where I work would be interested in something like that. All in all a very positive night and would love to hear Ged and Trevs thoughts on it all

I feel positive about tonight and I have to say I like this Ged guy and what he had to say. I was however a little embarrassed at the start of the meeting with some negative issues being raised by the public.I am curious as to why local business man Phil Wing was there and was bemused by some of his probing questions..also Mick Bratley was there and sounds like they could use some of his commercial expertise. I'd like to say a big thank you though to Trevor and Ged for keeping the club alive and fingers crossed lets hope we are not in this position once again next year.

Horton sounds like a clown or someone who just continues to bite off more than he can chew..He has dumped more clubs than I've dumped women!..am I right in saying he messed up Oxford, Mildenhall, and now Panthers? and probably Coventry next when he gets bored of them!..specialy looking at the crowds they get now. Sad times for us...Hope someone can come in and put us back in the elite where we belong. And hello its not rocket science...give us a good team and regular race nights and there would be a 1000 plus there every week!...The fact is we have had a crap team in a tinpot league on the worst night possible. Some weeks no meetings then 3 double headers on the trot which leave you bored out of your skull..and when they made the ridiculous changes that they did it made even me miss a meeting which I never do..The season started O.K but when Horton lost interest and Coventry started doing well it became a farce. If there is someone out there who is thinking of saving our club or if Rick Has a change of heart maybe look at the stats from 2006 regarding team building and crowds and then you have a viable business...I mean as much as we all hate Poole and Mat Fraud...he gets it right every year and the truth is...we are all jealous!

I actualy find it insulting that they blatantly lie to our faces.. And then wonder why the crowds are poor. A season of promise has ended as bad as last year. #totaly disillusioned.

Meaningless fixture and I am so disillusioned with panthers and British speedway in general I'm not even gonna bother for the first time this year.

I do actualy fear for the future of our club after this latest anouncement..It seems that Hortons conortium appear to have lost interest since Coventry started doing well..I cant remember hearing anything in the press recently from the promtion team other than Johnson and Swales.

...I don't think so with risager at no1 and dilger at reserve.

If's, but's, maybe's..Bottom line is Panthers current team are nowhere near good enough to compete in the play offs so I'm not that dissapointed about tonight. But I am disapointed that the management made such a poor selection of signings which ruined our season.

This is now in my time the worst panthers team ever. Please do something about it guys..it's embarrassing.

I find it rather annoying that Lasse chose to ride for a poor wolves team that have nothing to ride for rather than a poor panthers team that have a very slim chance of making the play offs.shows where his loyalty lies..Blackie can't come back quick enough..he's even there hobbling round helping out in the pits with his broken leg..that's what we want..commitment.

This embarrassing result confirms that this current panthers team is not good enough to be involved on the play offs..surely the management can see this?..if they can then act fast as there are enough fixtures to still save the season.
