I thought it was a good meeting..maybe not as good as some we've seen at the showground this season but still much better than the crap I've seen in the elite league this year

Have to say I feel for the lad if he hasn't got a place..needs a ride in national league and is a victim of his own success..situations like his should be looked at with some form of sensible average capping.

Why would we drop a struggling Brit for a struggling pole?..could it be roynan and grondal?

I would have thought it would be a 2 riders coming in seeing as we only have a 6 man team.

We should give Roynan a go seeing as he's our rider IMO.

We (Panthers) probably could though I havnt checked..but this is British speedway these days.

Not for me..I'd rather have Roynan and a middle order man and drop Greenwood..there are no No1s out there.

Can't believe we have gone out both cups straight away...reason we lost tonight is 3 falls and an exclusion!..so frustrating..another reason is we still have a 6 man team which needs addressing ASAP. Only the league to go for now :-(

I can't believe no ones snapped up Mat Tres..that's who I would have put in..along with Roynan.

Well done Panthers and R.Lambert answered his critics in the best way possible (and I was one of them)..though some of the things said have been OTT..but hey that's internet forums for you...hope the other Lambo is OK?..as he has been a revelation for us this year.

He's obviously too bigtime to worry about the premier league..just like Woffinden is too big time to worry about the British league and then tries to act like some big ambassador for the sport in this country...just because he's good at riding a motorbike and has a fast engine..no one would care if he was crap!...young Lambert has probably been brainwashed by the little twerp during the world cup.

As a rider I think he's fantastic but he's only ridden 3 out of 8 league matches for us...what good is that if it continues?

The warning signs were there against Berwick where we got out of jail..so I went to tonights meeting expecting us to lose against a poor Ipswich team and we did. Simon Lamberts good form has glossed over a patched up team that needs changes so its no surprise to me that as soon as he has a bad one we lose. I'm sorry but Greenwood is too slow, has been all season and is not improving. And as good as R.Lambert is I'd rather not have him if he's not comitted (how many league matches has he ridden!?). Something needs to be done and soon.. But hey it's not all bad..we are in a good position and maybe this is the wake up call we needed..I Trust Ged Rathbone to get it right. Also I stayed on to watch the Danish guy and he looked as fast as Blackbird on track..so I wonder what the plans are?
