I have to say with our underwhelming signings with a slick Sunday afternoon track and an improved Redcar I fancy them to win and I believe I'm gonna be coming away from the meeting thinking why the hell haven't we put Roynan back in?!...hope I'm wrong though of course....just one other thing...why the hell have we got 2 managers??..why not just have 1 good one!

I don't want to be a pessimist but I gotta say I think we have made 2 major errors signing Grondal(a low scoring rider in a poor Danish league and Konopka Who is arguably the worst rider in the premier league). This is my fear but I really hope I'm proved completely wrong and wish them all the best.

Well he improved on his zero for us by getting a point or 2 for Ipswich so heading the right way.

This is just one more episode in British speedway that proves that it needs restructuring at the top end with preferably ex riders with a brain running it that have no conflict of interests.

It can't be any worse than the shambles it is now. Empty vessel?..never been called that before..I've seen you've been called a few things in the past so I'll decline to add to it because my vessel is just to empty to think of anything.

Its been so long that Allen will be fit again soon and we won't need a replacement!..I still cannot believe that Roynan has not been fitted back in..very dissapointing IMO.

I see "moorwell" has had my post about the BSPA being more corrupt than FIFA removed..how about you and your bunch of clowns who make British speedway worse than tinpot remove yourselves from the sport and let someone with dignity govern the sport who don't have any conflicts of interest?

So why are there so many inconsistencies then?..is the BSPA just full of incompetent people and as a matter of interest.. why, when it involves Poole for instance does it always work in their favour?...because of a conflict of interest that's why. And a conflict of interest leads to corruption. The BSPA should not be made up of promoters such as Ford and Harkess who only have their own clubs interest at heart..it should be an independent body...anybody disagree with that other than "moorwell"?..I don't think so but we shall see.

Peterborough have never been liked by the clowns at the bspa..off the top of my head there was the farce when Poole illegally used proctor and the result stood, there was the ridiculous overturned result at kings Lynn which ended our last season in the elite and they've blocked countless signings such as schein and for forsell. Them idiots on the panel are more corrupt than FIFA!

I think if we do sign grondal looking at his Danish scores..alongside konopka that will define our season (not in a good way)and will be a repeat of last season which you would have thought they would have learned from.

Why the hell did we sign konopka!!?..a staggering decision IMO..why not Roynan and another middle order man of which there are more available..then we would be a solid team.

After giving it some thought I have to agree with the above and we should give him our full support and also give Rafael a chance as there are not many other options.

Must say I'm not excited by that either..but hope I'm wrong and he's great...Blackbird has a higher average than him and he hasn't been great for us this year..not that I'm knocking him with the crashes he's had.

I can wait but I'd have rather have signed 2 6 point riders than have another crap reserve..hope its not Grondal.

Great post..and even though you are Scottish I completely agree with all of that..all I would add is that Plymouth got away with 3'flyers' though thats no excuse for our poor showing.

I'm sorry to say this but we do not have a good enough team to win the league now. Especially without a no1. We have messed up the team changes again as we did last year. The writing was on the wall for me against Berwick at home a few weeks ago and we just havnt responded. Saying all of this I'm sure no one is more frustrated than Ged..I don't know the guy but I can read body language!..hoping something can be pulled out the bag to turn it around but I don't hold much hope.
