I don't think it will matter too much as Cook, Masters, Sedgeman and Riss ride the showground very well and will pile up the points...unfortunately I think it will be a narrow Monarchs victory but a great season for us none the less considering the bad luck we've had...a big thank you to Ged..the best guy in charge we've ever had..and long may it continue.

If Belle Vue won the toss why the hell did they not take 1&3 on such a slick track!?..& why didn't the use the tactical in heat 4?

The biggest positive for me was the ruturn to form for MPT and Lambo..this now makes me think we have a chance against Edinburgh.. It would be great if the guys could get some practice in before next Sunday, especially Konopka who needs some help because the guy can gate and has some speed..just needs to stay on the bike..if we can get him chipping in with 3-5pts this would really improve our chances.

It certainly wasn't a snoozefest..there was some decent racing..good team performance..felt sorry for Rafa..he fell twice when in the points..one of them a mechanical failure and the other I can't believe he got up from...Klindt and Bates(who is a headcase!) Impressive for them...great crowd..Ged will be happy with that, easily over 2000 there including Panthers biggest fan Nk Iversen.

Not from what I've seen of him..my worry is our record on Sunday meetings is abysmal... As is the track which plays in to the away teams hands..we will see.

For the good of British speedway let's hope Belle vue stick it up the Poole cheats..and I'm gonna sound like a hypocrit now and say I hope they replace Zagar with someone who gets a max and gives Poole a taste of their own medicine.

I think the crowds would increase if it was Friday nights in the elite..big name riders do draw crowds..although there are that many left in the 'elite'.
