The referee is making this meeting a farce. He has no common sense. The exclusions have caused far more delay than the time taken for the actual race! Can't the SCB or the BSPA do something about this. This is hardly "good for Sky TV" either as it makes the sport look a farce. SKY will not be happy with the Ref's poor performance
