Does anyone seriously think the overall product on offer in the PL is better? Yes, there are (an ever decreasing number of) better riders but there's about four teams in the league ffs. The Championship has greater competition, individuals events, the pairs, the fours, local derbies. There's just much more going on. Oh and you don't have to put up with Kelvin Tatum and Nigel Pearson visiting your stadium every now and again. Poole will be a good addition and very much look forward to welcoming them to Armadale.

Agree. I fear the authorities won’t go for it though. We all know the Championship is the better league but the authorities will be desperate to protect the Premiership.

Don't disagree. Attracting new fans to speedway at Armadale is difficult. If we were back in town (pie in the sky i know) then marketing it becomes a lot easier - not easy but a lot easier. I'll keep buying Euromillions tickets........

Craig Cook has very little between the ears. He feels the need to prove this on a fairly regular basis these days.

No one should have to endure Jason Garrity.

Hope he manages to ride through the pain but it’s more bad timing for the weej. His injury last season arguably cost them trophies - it would be more than unfortunate for it to happen two seasons running.

Tidy. Cook round Armadale was our main worry so can’t see Edinburgh not winning the KOC now. Trick track against Newcastle and we’ll be home and hosed.
