  1. I assume this was just his opportunity to enter a plea?
  2. Truck driver i think? Still does a bit of Motocross based on his rare twitter posts.
  3. His first/second bend cutbacks were sublime. Easily my favourite rider growing up. I also loved how miserable her was!
  4. Forgot how good Andrew Tully could be round Armadale.
  5. It isn't i agree but the attitude of some on this thread was very poor.
  6. Very sad news. I hope those further up this thread are proud of their posts calling him a scumbag - must make you feel very big. RIP Blair.
  7. At the moment? You should check the news.
  8. Peter Carr's move on Parker in ht13 was great. Always loved Carr's interviews too.
  9. Thanks for the update. Good to hear he's well but a shame he's not in and around speedway still.
  10. Watched bits and pieces of it last night and really enjoyed it - loved that time watching Edinburgh. Great seeing some old faces. Anyone any idea if Geoff Chandler is still floating about speedway? He was a character.
  11. Oh don’t be so defeatist. The Tigers will win a trophy one day I’m sure.
  12. Proper number one. Two reserves that know the drill and should get in about the points. Second strings are unknown no doubt but the heatleaders can shield them a bit until they get on their feet. By all accounts Pickering has been flying in Oz. Worrall could be our number one too, he’s that good. So all in all it’ll be a piece of cake.
  13. Might be the migraine; brought on by looking at those honking trackie tops your mob will be cutting about in this season.
  14. I hope that British Speedway uses this tragedy to kick start a programme of mental health support for everyone involved in the sport.
  15. Ah my mistake. Maybe he had a meeting down there - I was certainly struck by the miles he was covering that week!
  16. I attended a speedway experience day a couple of years back at Glasgow and Danny was doing some practice laps at Ashfield before our session started (i could be wrong but i think he started speedway at a similar experience day so knew the instructor) - i'm sure he was doubling up with Glasgow and Plymouth that season so was racking up the miles. Showed his commitment to the sport and also generally what the paying public don't see. A grafter and entertainer who will be sadly missed. RIP.
  17. It’s IP address. The article says about locals being on holiday/travelling and being able to use the service.
  18. Great move by the club. Hope it doesn't drive too many away (it really shouldn't) but there are obviously ways to get round the radius exclusion.
  19. Edinburgh to walk it and muller the weej in the championship final. Masters is the strongest rider in the league by a distance IMO. Cook has had his day.
  20. Craig Cook could ride for Glasgow for the next ten years and not win the same number of trophies as he did in blue and gold. I'm sure he's trying his best for you though despite him not being at the peak of his powers.
