  1. I just think that we’ll look to keep Kye and think as a result Richie would be the heat leader to drop out. Would be happy to keep him though no problem.
  2. I’d be in his ear now if I was the Edinburgh promotion. Rowe has looked good tonight so if him and Kemp fancy hanging about then I’d be happy to keep them too. Masters Rowe Thomson Heeps Pickering Kemp Edwards Suspect the maths won’t work but would be nice
  3. It’s pretty much the same situation in the league as the cup. Not sure completing the cup necessarily makes scheduling any more straightforward
  4. Sorry I’ve got a work night out and the guest options for me are vastly inferior.
  5. I can see their point but we’ve had similar with Kemp a couple of times. Can the league dictate to them that the fixture must be accepted if Edinburgh offer up something reasonable or is it purely between the two clubs to arrange?
  6. Why hasn’t there been a fixture announced for Friday? Logically it should be the cup second leg which could be changed to the play-off first leg if Edinburgh prevail tomorrow assuming league fixtures take priority. Surely we can’t have a Friday pass by without staging a meeting given how little time is left?
  7. Delay to the start because someone has taken ill. Surely not another ambulance issue on the cards?! Hope the supporter concerned is ok.
  8. You don’t know the circumstances so can’t comment on what teams should have done. The end.
  9. I think it’ll be tight. Both teams should be stronger than the last time we met at Ashfield - we had Wullie Lawson take seven rides and only score two. Drew Kemp performing well is key if Edinburgh are to take anything from the meeting.
  10. And you know the circumstances of both clubs, their ability to stage meetings on an ‘off race night’? Do you genuinely believe Edinburgh and Leicester wanted to drag things out to the extent they have been just to be awkward? Give me a break. Hopefully Poole have found their venture into the second tier so unbearable that they’ll trot off back to the Premiership next season. The rest of us will survive without you.
  11. Possibly but there certainly won’t be fewer people through the gates across two meetings as there would be for one.
  12. Not really. I think a lot of us are bored with the entitled Pirates moaning their faces off because there is a little fixture congestion. It’s not like Friday and tonight were ideal situations for Edinburgh or Leicester. Also, good luck to Glasgow for getting high profile meetings at Ashfield.
  13. Right, time to just get the top six to Belle Vue and settle the league in a fours event.
  14. Ach baws. Don’t think I’ll make it through and was keen to be able to tune in.
