  1. Any expected date for letting us know the dates of next year
  2. I would like to see all points count and then either 2 semi finals and then a A & B final or two A & B Finals, the points carried forward from the 20 heats then extra points of 1 to 8 for positions in the finals
  3. As been said before on here, variety is needed some double weekends on the same track or close by(Torun and Bydgoszcz) and then some single weekends. What do people think the maximum events over the season. 16 ?
  4. With the Challenge being sorted for August in Croatia, surely they have to have a Grand prix series, because the top 3 from there plus the SEC winner into next years series , they are not going to kick 4 riders out. The line up will not be the best with one rider from 16 countries, could be a few shocks in 2021
  5. Hopefully Sheffield start with a northern riders final with there 7 riders, 3 from Belle vue and the one each from Glasgow Edinburgh Berwick Newcastle Redcar and Scunthorpe
  6. We were talking over the weekend about qualification, an idea i came up with was that there was 32 riders in the GP, with a Friday night qualification of 24 riders in the old knockout formula and the top 8 from that meet the top 8 from the last year(top 8 from the last Grand Prix on the second round). To start the season off you have the top 8 from the year before , 16 qualifiers from the year before, put the top 4 in from the under 21 series and then 4 wildcards every round, on the lesser nations you could have 2 home grown and 2 who are riding well at the time. If one of the wild cards does well he gets in the next round as a wild card but has to work through the qualifier on the Friday night.
  7. Really disappointing with the wild card, should have gone to one of the young poles, still looking forward to the weekend.
  8. Can see Doyle getting 7th with Dudek dropping to 8th unless Laguta rides like he did last season
  9. Is Torun sold out, just been on site and saying no tickets available
  10. WOW how far down the list was this, have we are lost interest with no Tai
  11. My 3 for today are Kenny Bjerre, Vaclav Millik and Smolinksi will get through on home shale with Pavlic going through wherever he finishes
  12. So we have the following through so far Current GP Vaculik, Iversen , Zagar Past GP Cook, Ljung, Harris New ones Lambert, Aspgren,Thomson,Bellego, Mikklleson, Fricke. German qualifyers ??? Bjerre , Smolinski(Past) Millik,Sundstroem,Przedpelsi,Bech, wright (new ones) Cant see anyone else doing anything. What do people want next season? 3 current ones to qualifer Any past GP riders Or brand new faces
  13. are Doyle and Magic riding this weekend
  14. Who would have Ipswich got if Harris had not come available ??
  15. Only 4 qualifyers from each round, at Glasgow we have the following GB - 2US - 1DK - 2AU - 2PL - 2SE - 2 Not going to be easy
  16. Which Worrall are you talking about Ritchie or Steve
  17. Regarding Laguta , cant see why (Surely he deserves one), Riders have won GP in a season not made the top 8 and not been given one
  18. Not many rooms left in Torun and the ones that are, are very expensive to years gone by.
  19. One thing people have to remember about this season you had 15 very good riders in it and somebody had to finish near the bottom every time, the number of times after heat 16 there were still 12/13 riders having a chance of the top 8.Not everybody is as good as the season before it happens. Roll on 2018
  20. Looking at the list Freddie is only 21 points clear of Vaculik in 9th,so say this happens and Freddie drops to 9th, 4 wildcards could be Hancock Holder Iversen and Lindgren.
  21. If one big leauge and then the conference leauge teams, the top flight should be a maximun of 18(16 would be better(but 18 teams in top 2 divisions this season))
  22. So with 4 current GP riders and 7 past GP riders in the semi's nobody but Laguta would give the current GP boys a run for the money MIKAEL MIKKLESON DENMARK ADRIAN MIEDZINSKI POLAND MAKSIM BOGDANOS LATVIA MARTIN VACULIK SLOVAKIA LEON MADSEN DENMARK MARTIN SMOLINKSI GERMANY HANS ANDERSEN DENMARK KJASTAS PUODZUKS LATVIA KAI HUCKENBECK GERMANY ANDREY KARPOV UKRAINE PIOTR PAWLICKI POLAND KENNETH BJERRE DENMARK OLIVER BERNTZON SWEDEN CHRIS HARRIS GB PETER LJUNG SWEDEN MATEUSZ SZCZEPIANIAK POLAND MAX FRICKE AUSTRALIA MATEJ ZAGAR SLOVENIA LINUS SUNDSTROM SWEDEN CRAIG COOK GB JURICA PALVIC CROATIA MICHAEL JEPSON JENSON DENMARK MATEJ KUS CZECH SHAMEK PAWLICKI POLAND PONTUS ASPGREN SWEDEN GRIGORJ LAGUTA RUSSIA PETER KILDEMAND DENMARK KEVIN WOLBERT GERMANY VACLAV MILIK CZECH GUGLIELMO FRANCHETTI ITALY PATRYK DUDEK POLAND DANIEL GAPPMEIR AUSTRIA The best result this year would be any of the GP riders or Ex GP riders(not all of them) in the top 3 and the wild cards go to this years riders and await if any of the young riders came on towards the end of the season and then qualifyer easy next season for 2019. Belle vue fan and Fricke and cook just not ready yet but maybe there the ones to shine next season for 2019.
